The food was mostly good especially the tacos. My husband’s rice bowl lacked flavor and had little meat. But he was the only one out of a party of 6 that did not like his food. The margaritas were small for the price. And they had no mezcal despite it being on the menu. We were given 3 wings on each sampler though the menu said it included 4. But the main issue was the atmosphere. It was dead in there which is surprising since it was supposed to be rated as a best bar. Maybe it was because it was a Wednesday. The waitress was mopping the floor at 8:45 making us feel like n she wanted us to leave. We came at 7. She didn’t even offer us dessert. I would not return.

We never got in! The restaurant was closed. It appeared to have been closed for some time with the inside looking a bit of a mess.

All meat is smoked for 6-12 hours and then braised for another 12. Great value, good portions, and great flavor.

Absolutely great service, local beer options, and food was stellar! The lumpia was the table favorite, don’t miss out on those! Tacos and enchiladas were also a fave! Everyone loved their dishes! Service was quick and near empower stadium!

Really fun food! It’s a combination of regular Tex-Mex that’s familiar to Denver, and then Filipino dishes. I had the noodles and I really enjoyed them. They also have a nice variety of nonalcoholic drinks. My very picky eight-year-old daughter wanted to traverse the city the next day to go back! Great service, and it wasn’t busy for brunch.

My family & I came in like a wrecking ball & we were given such amazing service. From them helping with the chaos of my family to having such patience with my grandparents who have dementia & hearing problems the service was phenomenal. Not to mention the food & drinks were to die for. My fiancé had spent some time in the Philippines & was thrilled to have some amazing dishes that took him back to his time there. 10/10 my fiancé & I will definitely be back!

We made a reservation for Mother’s Day at 11 am. We showed up and it was closed. We waited in the parking lot for a while thinking the doors might open within a few minutes, since they open at 11 am. A guy approached us in the parking lot and said they wouldn’t be open for another hour or more. We left and had to make other plans. We never ate there. I was very disappointed on Mother’s Day.

As the last table of MHAFW, we were still treated with the full prix fixe menu even as things were winding down. The lumpia was hot, crisp and savory just like grandma used to make, only bigger. The pancit bihon had perfectly tender glass noodles, chock full of veggies and flavor. The chicken adobo was spot on. I am always surprised by the sunny egg on top to add that extra delightful texture to the dish. I'm glad there was plenty of ube ice cream for all of us. We were also able to get the last of the bikol rice. Blaine is a rockstar. He made us feel like family.
