Drew, who was born in Baltimore, Maryland, made a name for himself working in a number of kitchens in Washington, D.C., including high-ranked restaurants and Michelin-starred establishments. Drew went on to receive the Rising Stars award from StarChefs, being recognized as one of the Top Chefs in Washington DC.

Located in our kitchen dining room, the Chef’s Counter is an intimate view into the heart of Adeline. We offer six seats showcasing a front row immersive experience of our chefs in action and watch how our dishes come to life. WE ONLY ALLOW PARTIES of 2,4, or 6. Our full menu is available at the Chef’s Counter along with access to any/all specials that we have listed for the evening. To make your Chef's Counter reservation, there is an $85 per person pre-pay, . We will deduct the pre-paid amount from your total check. Reservations canceled for the Chef’s Counter are 100% non refundable. Thank you for your understanding that there are no exceptions to this rule. As a small business, we depend on reservations and we appreciate your support.

Great atmosphere. Awesome staff. Chef Drew is dedicated to his craft. Every dish was incredible. Always order the specials… Banana ice cream with fig leaf oil…OMG amazing or the Chocolate basque cheesecake w/pecan ice cream. So damn good. Veal schnitzel w/potato. Perfection. Kudos, Chef.

Meliora and now Adeline is by far our favorite restaurant in Sarasota. It is a unique place where one can experience different flavors . In other word a great culinary experience. We love it

We had a great culinary experience. The timing of the dishes was perfectly timed & the plating was outstanding. The service was excellent from the moment we walked in.

We thoroughly enjoyed our counter experience looking into the kitchen and seeing all the Action! It was a fun experience And all the selections we made were outstanding! Highly recommend! We are Foodies from Portland, Maine but live in SRQ now and Adeline’s is at the Top of the Foodies List for Outstanding culinary experiences! Each item was fantastic including our dessert and cocktails! We even stayed for a night cap at the bar after our dining at the counter experience! And the Service was impeccable! We can’t wait to Go back!!! Thank you Team Adeline and ALL the VERY talented Chefs for the wonderful dining experience! Definitely will see us again very very soon!

First my time dining out and we decided to sit a that bar where the noise level is manageable. The bartenders are on Friday night were anttentive and funny! We even received 2 complimentary dishes from the kitchen somehow. Also the bar has specials that the other diners do not have. We had the crispy pork and lamb hummus- both fantastic. Highly recommend the old fashioned as well. You need to try the ritz cracker ice cream!

Three of us shared 3 cold and 2 hot dishes. All were very good but we particularly enjoyed the gnocchi (outstanding, we ordered a 2nd serving) and the heirloom tomatoes. In addition, we recommend the tuna and the amatriciana. The spicy noodles were not particularly spicy, though they were tasty. It was a very pleasant dinner and we enjoyed!
