Drew, who was born in Baltimore, Maryland, made a name for himself working in a number of kitchens in Washington, D.C., including high-ranked restaurants and Michelin-starred establishments. Drew went on to receive the Rising Stars award from StarChefs, being recognized as one of the Top Chefs in Washington DC.

The Chef’s Counter is an intimate view into the heart of Adeline.

Located in our kitchen dining room, the Chef’s Counter is an intimate view into the heart of Adeline. We offer six seats showcasing a front row immersive experience of our chefs in action and watch how our dishes come to life. WE ONLY ALLOW PARTIES of 2,4, or 6. Our full menu is available at the Chef’s Counter along with access to any/all specials that we have listed for the evening. To make your Chef's Counter reservation, there is an $85 per person pre-pay, . We will deduct the pre-paid amount from your total check. Reservations canceled for the Chef’s Counter are 100% non refundable. Thank you for your understanding that there are no exceptions to this rule. As a small business, we depend on reservations and we appreciate your support.

Absolutely amazing! Me and my fiancé could not say enough about this place! Amazing food that was a fun selection of small plates that you could see and taste the care and passion involved. Me and my fiancé shared 6 different options and loved everyone of them! fantastic service, our server knew everything about the menu and was super attentive. great drinks and fun selection of wine. We loved every minute! Will be returning very soon! Will say it can be pricey but so worth it! We will be trying the kitchen counter table next!

First time visit. Delicious and creative food. Wonderful service. Excellent wine list. Looking forward to our return to Sarasota so we can go back and enjoy some of their dry aged fish!

We were lucky to get ourselves a seat at the chef’s table looking into the kitchen watching all the chefs creating this magnificent food experience. Every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. We can’t wait to go back. We wish there were more great restaurants like this one in Sarasota.

This was the best restaurant in Sarasota when it opened and it still maintains that status now. The chef has quite an imagination when it comes to food pairing that at first look seems a bit odd but the proof is in the tasting and he never disappoints there. Too many good things to mention but we always get Japanese milk bread with the meal. The banana ice cream was great. I wish I could have it every day.

Good service, good server, just not our kind of food. Most of the menu seems to be heavily Asian influenced with the sweet glazes on the meat. I’m sure some people would love, just not for us.
