Adega is a Wine Bar & Bottle Shop. The Wine list is curated by Sommelier and Founder Thierry Alcantara-Stewart.

We want to pour you a glass of wine that you'll love. Our rotating By The Glass wine list allows our guests to try a different wine whenever they visit us. Our Sommeliers will share their passion and knowledge in a fun and educational way, let's talk about what you enjoy and find a wine that is unique to you.

Our Mission is to create a safe space for our communities to gather, connect, and share their love of wine.
We want to connect locals and tourists alike with County wines, as well as wines from around the world. All the while enjoyed on the backdrop of this stunning region.

A little bit off the beaten path but well worth it. We had the taste of the county tasting menu with wine pairings and it was a perfect way to start off the long weekend. Great food, great wine and fantastic hosts!

Tapas were excellent. Enjoyed the beef carpaccio and tuna crudo, but they were all good. Service was very attentive and enjoyable. Thanks Adrian

A County gem hiding in plain sight in Consecon. Tapas-style food with an amazing wine list (specializing in old world wines). Wonderful ambience. Thanks to owners Thierry and AJ for a wonderful evening. You absolutely should go!

It was my second time at Adega and the atmosphere was quite different from my first time which had been their monthly Jazz night. The Jazz event was incredible. Every seat was taken, the atmosphere was lively and the band was fantastic. It was a great vibe and so incredible to find it in the County and so close to home. This time we went it was a quiet night but equally as great. We ordered a bunch of dishes to share (there were 3 of us) and a delicious bottle of wine. In total we had 5 dishes and were stuffed. Thierry is so friendly and charming. He chatted and was happy to talk about the wines and food menu. We love Adega and will be back regularly. It’s a MUST DO!

Awesome place, decor was inviting and cool, very knowledgeable Owner spends time helping you decide what to eat and drink depending on preferences. Great value, left satisfied for around $200. Great experience, will be back.

We had the best time at Adega. Thierry did a custom wine tasting for our group. We tried six different wines that he paired with the food we ordered. The food was also exceptional. Can’t wait to go back.
