Adalina is a refined hospitality destination serving a modern and engaging Italian menu in a timeless yet alluring setting in the heart of Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood. Led by Michelin-starred chef Soo Ahn. Adalina’s menu creates a balance between Northern and Southern cuisine, providing expertly staged shared plates along with strong statement items that satisfy a table. Guests can expect house made extruded and stuffed pastas. Adalina’s offerings will be accompanied with tableside services, and a well curated beverage and wine program that aims to evoke a sense of excitement for guests. Adalina makes the perfect venue for a romantic evening, business dinner or special occasion.

Went here for the first time to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday and really enjoyed the experience. Great atmosphere, delicious food, and our waiter was attentive. However, we ordered the polenta but never received it. Of course when the bill came I forgot all about but was still charged for it. Was pretty disappointed with that portion of the night but other than that everything else was great. Would attend again and recommend for others.

Our server Mara was exceptional!!! Very cool atmosphere. . Everything was delicious, with one exception, the Vongole- only 3 clams in the entire dish.

Went to Adalina for anniversary dinner. We had a reservation set and we were seated right away. It was a bit louder than I would have liked and it was hard to have a conversation. We ordered a wine and a cocktail to start along with the Tomato Caprese to start. The cocktail was pretty good but the Caprese was underwhelming and lacked flavor. Our server was great, but the food took too long to come out and we were not impressed with our pasta dishes. However, the ambiance and service was good but the food is not worth the hype.

Beautiful space made even more pleasant with the fresh air and light coming in from the open windowed walls. Service was outstanding both at the Rose lounge downstairs and dining at Adalina upstairs. Modern italian menu and went with the Lumache, a savory homemade pasta dishe. Perfectly cooked pasta as was the lamb rack which was flavorful contrast to the pasta dish. Very pleasant way to spend a birthday dinner.

The food was amazing as always: fried green tomatoes, bread service & scallops are my FAV & the espresso martinis were spot on! We said hi to Matt - very sweet! Gorgeous dining room!

We had friends in town and decided to try Adalina. The overall experience was amazing. I would highly recommend the espresso martinis with the custom picture on it. The portions were smaller but still good.
