Adalina is a refined hospitality destination serving a modern and engaging Italian menu in a timeless yet alluring setting in the heart of Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood. Led by Michelin-starred and Top Chef alumni Soo Ahn. Adalina’s menu creates a balance between Northern and Southern cuisine, providing expertly staged shared plates along with strong statement items that satisfy a table. Guests can expect house made extruded and stuffed pastas. Adalina’s offerings will be accompanied with tableside services, and a well curated beverage and wine program that aims to evoke a sense of excitement for guests. Adalina makes the perfect venue for a romantic evening, business dinner or special occasion.

    Adalina is always a great experience. The setting is glam elegance. The menu has something for everyone, and the food is just amazing. It's not often that you find dishes so savory, they just randomly pop into your head as a very pleasant taste memory! The sommelier was very knowledgeable and refreshingly, recommended a good wine less expensive than the one I had asked her about. Wonderful choice for a special occasion or just a random night out.

    We were seated in the bar area. Food and service was excellent! Very loud!!!! Hard to have a conversation!

    This is definitely going to a go-to place for us when we're in the Gold Coast area! The service was exceptional and all the food was amazing. Our entrees were a bit salty for my preference, but then I'm particularly sensitive to that, so they would be totally perfect for most people. Beautiful decor and although it got quite loud towards the end of our time (around 7:30), it wasn't so much that my wife and I couldn't converse comfortably.

    Beautiful restaurant!! as previously posted, noise level is high; i suggest going for early reservation as it was better when we got there. We had the garlic bread-was brought to the table overdone--the runner even mentioned it doesn't normally look like that. Returned and came back golden. Octopus-- was hardly any octo there as previous diners mentioned-- for this price point inexcusable. Returned and came back with more of a serving. Malfadine was great tasting and rigatoni delicious; decent serving sizes. My daughter is in the high end dining business-- my main concern is that at this price point where is the quality control? Who is sending these dishes out that are burnt and insufficient servings? These items should never have left the kitchen. We were celebrating a birthday, the manager did comp the octo and dessert. Overall though, sadly disappointing.

    Roberto was phenomenal, the guy really knew his stuff. Any question of food, wine, liquor, he was just excellent. My night out for my anniversary went just great. Will be returning soon!

    Under performed. Charred octopus was mostly potatoes and goat cheese. Almost no octopus. Beet salad was flavorful but had small and few pieces of beets. Lamb rack was ordered to be medium rare or less but was served medium plus. Adalina came highly recommended but was mediocre at best.
