The Adair Country Inn was built in 1927 and sits on a 200-acre grand estate with views of the surrounding White Mountains. This former private residence offers intimate and casual dining indoors all year, plus patio dining during the summer. Curbside pickup is available as well. Open Wed thru Sun from 5 to 9 pm.

Enjoy Executive Chef Steve Learned's exquisite cuisine. Made with the freshest ingredients and artfully presented. We welcome guests of the Inn, visitors to the area and local friends and family to enjoy New England Style cuisine.

Relaxing ambiance in a casual elegant atmosphere. Many birthdays and anniversaries have been celebrated at Adair Country Inn & Restaurant and the uncompromising attention to detail with highly personalized, warm service makes every celebration special.

The dinner menu is complimented by a carefully selected wine list, fine selection of beers and a wide variety of cocktails and seasonal specialties.

    My wife and I came here for dinner with our four month old and it was the best dinner we had on our trip. The staff was kind and accommodating, the ambiance was perfect, and the food was incredible.

    Went to Adair Inn Thursday night for date night special, Could not be happier,great food great service, great atmosphere. And a tremendous value loved it. We will be back.

    Beautiful setting, great service from server, tho Matre Dame was a little disorganized. Limited menu and steak, ordered rare, was medium. Waitress removed from bill.

    We had an awesome dinner. We stayed at the Adair Inn (our favorite bed and breakfast). We had dinner here one night. It was lovely.

    We had a wonderful visit to the Adair. Simply put the food was amazing. The chef did a great job bringing flavors together and each dish left us wanting more, but we needed room for the dessert. And that was incredible as well. The Adair is on our list of places to definitely visit again. The entire team at Adair were outstanding. Thank you!

    The current Owners have taken Adaie to 6 star. My husband had the veal I had the escargot, wedge salad with shrimp which were EXTRA large in size. We left nothing on either plate. Don't skip dessert Crème Brule and cheese cake with caramel sauce. 1 bottle of procecco $49.00 worth every sip. You done good Adair the excellent service ensures we will be back. The 5pm sitting worked very well for us.

    Table of 4 for dinner on a Wednesday night. Celebrating our 53rd anniversary. Fast but not intrusive service. Pre dinner drinks came quickly and were perfect. All of our meals were correctly prepared, and the quantity of food just right. My wife and I both had the cod special. The fish was cooked just right, not over done. Paired the meal with a nice Sauvignon Blanc. Prices are reasonable for food and atmosphere. This was not our first time here, and it won't be our last. Love this place!

    If you're ever in Bethlehem, NH, the restaurant at the beautiful Adair Inn is not to be missed. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted by gorgeous gardens and stunning views that set the tone for a remarkable dining experience. The service, food, and ambiance were all spot on and excellent. The dining room is charming, and the bar area is cozy, creating the perfect setting for an evening of fine dining and conversation. Our cocktails, starters, entrees, and desserts were all delightful, and I found the prices very reasonable. The new owners of the Inn are incredibly personable and go above and beyond to ensure your experience is nothing short of excellent. Highly recommend!

    We save Adair for our special occasions, and it never disappoints. The old world comfort and atmosphere are increasingly rare. The food is a cut above. The staff take pride in their work and genuinely it.
