The Adair Country Inn was built in 1927 and sits on a 200-acre grand estate with views of the surrounding White Mountains. This former private residence offers intimate and casual dining indoors all year, plus patio dining during the summer. Curbside pickup is available as well. Open Wed thru Sun from 5 to 9 pm.

Enjoy Executive Chef Steve Learned's exquisite cuisine. Made with the freshest ingredients and artfully presented. We welcome guests of the Inn, visitors to the area and local friends and family to enjoy New England Style cuisine.

Relaxing ambiance in a casual elegant atmosphere. Many birthdays and anniversaries have been celebrated at Adair Country Inn & Restaurant and the uncompromising attention to detail with highly personalized, warm service makes every celebration special.

The dinner menu is complimented by a carefully selected wine list, fine selection of beers and a wide variety of cocktails and seasonal specialties.

    The Inn and grounds are beautiful. We were welcomed on arrival and treated well by staff. The food was delicious, and service was not rushed. It was the perfect place for a special night out.

    As always everything was amazing. Food, service, atmosphere wonderful. We were seated on the patio and it started to get cool, we were offered a table inside to finish our meal. Haley was excellent as always. Can’t wait to return.

    The outdoor patio had fantastic views. Our server,Adam was absolutely splendid. He checked on us often and engaged with us conversationally. He was absolutely amazing. The food prices were great and the quality was superb. We will definitely be going back.

    My husband and I stayed at the inn and enjoyed a lovely dinner on our second night which was a Thursday so we took advantage of the "date night special". I had a beet and goat cheese salad that was very nice and my husband had the fish chowder as the app. He chose the tuna off the menu which he felt was a little disappointing, but still good. I had the salmon which was one of the specials, and was one of the best I have had...simply delicious! For desert we had the Affagato which is now one of my favorite desserts! The atmosphere was very nice and our server Hayley(?) was perfect!

    We’ve been coming here for many years and this is the first time I was disappointed. My tuna was barely pink, it should have been red. I said nothing to the server because we had 8 o’clock tickets to a show and had no time to wait for a new meal. Another member of our party had also ordered the tuna and his was a beautiful red. I understand that sometimes things happen, but you asked for my opinion. I will, however, be back. I’ve had too many great experiences at the Adair to stop me from going again.

    Four of us thoroughly enjoyed our dinners at Adair. We began in the cozy bar with cocktails before moving to the dining room for dinner. Our appetizers: smoked trout, lettuce wedges and soup were all delicious. We had orders of veal Marsala and salmon for our entrees. Everyone loved their meals. The wine list has many affordable options. Our server, Kelly, was awesome. We walked around the beautiful grounds before leaving.

    The service, food and ambiance are excellent . The outdoor dining area provides excellent views. The chef prepares each meal to order and is very creative. We will definitely be back for dinner!
