ACQUOLINA: Mouth-Watering.

Acquolina is an informal, yet elegant Trattoria & Pizzeria where you will find fine food and a fun atmosphere! We strive to provide an authentic Italian experience from plate, to glass, to environment. Please eat, drink, and enjoy! Our expansive menu, extensive wine list, and over 1000 liquor labels, and warm service team will give you a place to return to and share with friends and family.

Open nightly for takeout 5:00pm till Close. See you soon!

Acquolina outdoor patio, located along the restaurant sidewalk. Umbrellas with lighting and a comfortable spacing between tables.

PLEASE NOTE: Outdoor reservations are for OUTSIDE only, there is NO GAURANTEE to move inside even in the case of rain.

Reservation can be cancelled due to rain or an option will be presented for indoor dining depending on availability.

We did a pre fixe menu for NYE with our kids. The music was completely over the top too loud. We were told absolutely no substitutions from the menu due to it being NYE then watched the table behind us order straight off the menu no problem. Our waiter almost didn't bring us more bread when we requested it. The portions were way too big for this sort of menu, and most of it was very bland. We usually go to Acqualina at least once during all our trips to Aspen but we won't be back.

I am not used to $21 cocktails or $75 lamb entree….or $40 pastas. Other than that: 10/10

Our table was right next to the kitchen and the bathroom so not ideal and while the restaurant did accommodate our request for a later seating our waiter forgot to put in my wine order and I had to start my meal before it arrived. The food was good, pasta and pizza are where they shine, everything else was not amazing but reliable. Unfortunately despite multiple reminders, either the server forgot or was not told by the restaurant that it was my son’s 20th birthday and we only ordered dessert for the candle so that was a huge disappointment and the dessert was just okay. The restaurant music is very loud and everyone has to scream over each other to be heard. I was easily able to hear pretty much everything from the table next to us. Anyway a bit of a bummer overall. Like most of Aspen these days a very expensive bowl of pasta.

We had our family Christmas dinner here. They were accommodating in changing our reservation from 5 to 7 people. Great service and the food was delicious. Highly recommend.

The atmosphere was lively, warm and inviting. Food was nice and service was efficient and lovely. I recommend Aquolinas. Great to see gluten free and vegetarian options!

Definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Aspen. Consistently excellent food and service. I actually came back the next night with another friend. Fair prices as well. Don't miss it!
