Well… just keeping it real. Started off by getting greeted by the hostess and although we had a reservation we were told that there would be a 10-15 minute wait because there was a shortage of menus. (Hadn’t heard that one before). Decided to sit at the bar, so wait was not an issue. But… ordered an appetizer and the wait was quite long. Order eventually came and it was partially cold. We were then told that there was a “hold on orders” for entrees due to a backup in the kitchen. Not sure why as there were plenty of open tables.…??? Wait again, was long. Ugh.. When the restaurant opened we loved it. But over time the overall experience has slid significantly. Prices are high and based on our most recent experiences it appears the restaurant is really struggling to get its act together. Sadly, not sure if we’ll be back any time soon, which is too bad because we REALLY want to like this place.

L.C. was our server she was fantastic! Food was exceptional! Burrata to start was tremendous! Both pasta dishes were amazing. The cavatelli were cooked perfectly al-dente…amazing! Cannoli to finish were delicious! Wine recommendation was spot on! Overall experience was exceptional!

I was very impressed with the quality of food. It was outstanding. The staff was amazing as well.

Third time here and the first two exceeded our expectations. Last evening the service was off resulting in late food but the owner more than apologized and agreed it was a rough night. Her words and thoughts more than made up for our visit and we will totally be back again.

Birthday dinner for my grandaughter’s 22nd, she suggested we go to Acqua Ragazza. Our server was very attentive, drinks good, starter risotto balls really hit the spot. We all got something different, including the two special, one snapper, one chicken. All our food was great, but the specials really stood out
