The bread, for being, homemade was just so-so. The entrees were completely lacking in flavor. That is hard to do with Italian food. I was quite disappointed. I doubt I will return when there are so many better places in Venice.

Great reviews for our first time, hope it continues ! We did the 2/$40 pasta with 2 huge meatballs, one of the many entrees of the summer special. DELICIOUS! We both thought the price of the cask wine was high for what you got in a glass, so either more wine in the glass or a lower price.

This was the worst experience we have had there. Food was horrible. Children were yelling and screaming! Management was avoidant. Never want to go there again!!

They had a Summer Special 2 entrees for $40 and dessert. Food was excellent! Service was also excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinners and we will return!! We were a party of 8.

This was our third visit to this restaurantand the first two were exceptional. This visit was some good and bad. The service was as always excellent and the atmosphere is great. The octopus and roasted potatoes appetizer was superb. My wife has the eggplant parmigiana and is was very good but the sauce was a bit too sweet for our taste. I had the linguine with clams and was disappointed as the sauce was tasteless as it looked more like warm water with bits of garlic and parsley. The clams themselves were good and plentiful. The only NA beer was Heineken as I would have expected a Peroni NA in an Italian themed restaurant. We will return in the future to try some other items.

First time dining here and not disappointed! The Espresso Martini was excellent, one of the best ever. The orecchiette pastas arrived very hot but were not small ears that are typical of the Puglia region of Italy, still very good. A friend had the Bronzino and loved it. Will go again and try another dish since there were many interesting ones.

It’s really lovely inside and the server was great. Unfortunately both of our dishes were incredibly salty, so much that we couldn’t eat more than a few bites. The bread was yummy and appetizer was good so at least we didn’t leave hungry. Maybe it was an off night in the kitchen, but we won’t go back.
