   Food was absolutely divine, from starters through to desserts. Everybody left the table completely satisfied. Highly recommend.

   An absolute gem of an Italian restaurant with authentic food and an interesting wine list. Wonderful staff. Sandgate is extremely fortunate to have this amazing restaurant to dine at.

   Possibly one of the best Italian meals we have had in Brisbane. Traditional cooking and ingredients with a modern twist, great service and the restaurant itself is beautiful. Well worth a visit and we have already booked a return visit. Highly recommend.

   My husband and I attended Valentines Day. Staff seemed a little overwhelmed (but still very accommodating) which can be forgiven as I’m sure it was one of the busiest nights they’ve had. Don’t expect traditional Italian food, it’s a modern fresh version which is not heavy. I had 2 entrees which were ample for me, even shared some, and my husband had the focaccia followed by the Ragu. Food and drinks were delicious and full of flavour, a lovely restaurant with fantastic food. Finally a restaurant in Sandgate worth going to.

   Lived up to other reviews which had guided us here. Great ambience, friendly & efficient service, interesting delicious food. Good wine list and good value. Loved that co-owner/chef Beatrice did the rounds of the tables to ensure everything was up to expectation. It was, and if anything beyond that! Thoroughly recommend for lunch or dinner, we will be back!

   Beautifully fresh seafood and pasta dishes accompanied by bread to die for. Let down only by slow service.

   Acciuga is the latest in a series of Italian restaurants at this site. They have brought a new energy and a diverse, innovative, and fresh new menu based on a variety of Italian regions. Staff are friendly and attentive and made our time there an enjoyable experience. We will definitely be back and will bring friends with us.

   Wonderful authentic Italian food. The entree and dessert were exquisite with a unique combination of flavours. A taste sensation.

   A lovely local restaurant with amazing food and excellent service! For anyone wanting a lovely dining experience and don’t want to go into the city, we highly recommended Acciuga to our family and friends.
