Welcome to Aberdunant Hall where we have our fantastic outdoor heated terrace (during peak season), cosy restaurant with an ambient atmosphere in which to dine.

Our Menu consists of a number of classic dishes, steaks and meats from the Grill as well as a collection of more sophisticated plates. Dinner is served Monday to Saturday with our fabulous Home cooked Carvery on Sundays. Please see contact our teams for details of timings as service times and offerings are subject to change.

We only serve quality wines and beers and the tastiest food which is sourced from local suppliers. Adam Ellis our Exec Chef has designed our menus with a wide variety of options for special diets and with just a little tweak can be altered to suit the majority or diets.

We also have an area for guests who wish to bring their dogs when you dine. However please note that this must be notified in advance. Should we not be advised of your requirement prior to arrival we not be able to accommodate.

Really lovely carvery and staff were nice. Accommodated my fussy vegetarian daughter and all the waiters were helpful throughout. The menu was unclear as to pricing - it's an extra £2 for a certain dessert. But it looks like extra £2 for extra ice cream)- that ideally needs making clearer. There was an issue with the bill not being correct and then the waiter disappeared as we were figuring out how to tip - just after realising we'd been overcharged. So we left a bit confused about quite what happened there. However, overall it was a great experience and everyone in my family left well fed and happy.

Be sure to book each meal before you leave using the open table app. We loved the restaurant and every meal, including breakfast, was excellent. There was so much choice for the kids and my husband loved cooking his own steaks on the hot stones. Don’t miss Sunday carvery or Saturday night pizza with live music on the terrace. Thank you to the staff who went above and beyond - what an excellent team.

Beautiful setting, staff very attentive and helpful but not overly so it’s too much. Good selection on menu. Good very good.

We had lovely breakfasts and meals here during our holiday. All the staff and food were excellent. We could book in and come with a dog. I will recommend this restaurant and also recommend you book in advance.

The food was really nice. We ordered 4 different dishes and all of them were cooked and presented beautifully. The staff were very friendly both for dinner and breakfast. Would recommend eating here to my family and friends.

I booked a meal for my mums 60th birthday. They surprised her with a balloon and sang happy birthday to her. All the staff went above and beyond to make her birthday special. The food was amazing, and we enjoyed finishing our bottle of wine outside, with the most beautiful surrounding. We will 100% be visiting here again and could not recommend enough.

Made to feel welcome from the start. We had drinks while waiting, our table was next to a fireplace very atmospheric and chairs comfortable. Menu had an excellent selection meat and vegetarian but was not overwhelming (a pet hate of mine a menu that is too big). We chose, lamb shoulder, curry of the day - Beef Madras and I had a butter bean and lentil dhal. Everyone agreed food was delicious well cooked good flavours and a good amount of food. We had lemon posset, cheesecake and apple crumble for dessert again full of flavour. Prices were very reasonable and good choice of wine and other drinks. Staff were polite, attentive and helpful perfect! Would definitely come again.
