We are most recognized for our slow roasted Prime Rib, and home of the 48oz Tomahawk Ribeye. We have a love for seafood too, and we get the freshest local stuff- lobster is our love language! We offer an extensive wine list, local beers, and handcrafted cocktails. I asked for medium well and it was overcooked, but I was so hungry and didn’t want to wait for another one to be prepared. Not to mention I got the aged ribeye steak. It was very bland however, the waiter was pretty cool but seemed like he wanted to rush to go get high or something.

Overall, the experience was good, but we sat by the fireplace and it was extremely hot. They turned it down after the first 30 or 40 minutes, but initially it was quite uncomfortable.

The food is good but the ambience doesn’t match the menu prices. It’s as expensive if not more so than any other fine dining restaurant in the area but it has a Texas Roadhouse feel!

I love Aberdeen Barn that's why I went back to the state of V.A. to celebrate there. However, the wait staff that we had could of been better. She was very disorganized and did no more than what she had to do. It was our 27th Anniversary and she did bring us drinks in which we refused because we don't drink, but there could've been something else offered, dessert or cheese to go or something. Several times we had to send the food back because we were brought the wrong thing, or we didn't get the food we ordered, or as ordered. I'm very well versed on tipping and love to tip a well deserved server as well as I will tip even when not so deserved because of decorum, but to add in a 20% tip to my bill without letting the customer know ahead of ordering is not recommended, because you never know what the customer is prepared or the server is deserving. Just my opinion.

Went for a birthday celebration. The food is always good. The service was good. It didn't take too long for our food to arrive. Always a treat to go here.
