I dined last night and was happy that my entrance was awesome. There was a hostess, a young lady, perhaps a college student who treated my wife and I well. She had on all black jeans and a black top. I say all of this in hopes management can identify her and compliment her on her hospitality. She recommended drinks, food items, etc. This is uncommon of hostesses at any restaurant which is why I'm communicating how above and beyond she went to deliver good hospitality last night. For that engagement alone I'm giving a 5 star review and I will return. The steak I ordered last night was very, very impressive also.

Hidden Brunch Gem with Killer Steak We stumbled into Abe & Louie's last Sunday looking for a classic steak dinner and were pleasantly surprised to discover they also had a brunch menu! We ended up ordering the Crab Cake Benedict and splitting a Ribeye. The Benedict was a fantastic twist on a classic, and the steak was perfectly cooked. Everything was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. I recommend checking out Abe & Louie's for brunch – you won't be disappointed!

Great service, great food. A bit noisy made it difficult to have a conversation. But overall it was well worth it

Service was excellent. Food was delicious. And the playlist playing softly in the background kept me humming to myself at the table. Great date night spot.

The food is phenomenal!! I was there celebrating a birthday and that was handled very nicely. The waiter was attentive and very nice. It was loud in there and hard to hear the people at my table. So. If you’re looking for a quiet place- this isn’t it. If you don’t mind louder - definitely go!!!

Went in for a celebratory lunch and it was outstanding! Patrick the server was attentive, knowledgeable, and very professional. Best burger in all of back bay for sure. Highly recommend this great location.
