We usually love Abe & Louies. Sadly, last night wasn't the experience we are used to. Service was slower than usual, and sadly the food was not up to their usual standard. When the entree finally showed up. the stuffed prawns were overcooked and dry. When I hear "carful the plate is hot" usually means there is some sort of re-heating going on... we aren't paying these prices for sub-standard prep. We will A&L one more shot.

Amazing as always. Food is consistently good. It was our anniversary and they brought us out a special dessert to celebrate. Their level of service is outstanding

Been to Gallagers, Meat Market, Edie V's, NY Prime a few times in last year and recent years Not sure why we have not been to Abe & Louie's in several years , because it will be a go to choice after a very positive experience last night
