Founded by hospitality visionaries Executive Chef Sam Gorenstein and Pura Vida Founder Omer Horev, this culinary gem brings the essence of Israel to Aventura and South Beach. Abbalé Telavivian Kitchen originated in March 2021 in Miami Beach’s South of Fifth neighborhood and stands as a celebration of diverse culinary influences. Chef Gorenstein's expert touch fuses Latin flavors, while Horev's roots inspire a selection of mouthwatering Mediterranean dishes.

All of our meats are served kosher-style.

This exclusive evening will highlight the rich flavors of Colombia fused with the vibrant, fresh ingredients of Mediterranean cuisine. Our chefs, both rooted in Colombian tradition and united by a passion for Mediterranean food, have crafted a 6-course prix fixe menu that will take you on a journey through their heritage and culinary creativity. **Please note that this event is not kosher, and we are unable to modify the menu to accommodate specific dietary restrictions. Everything was delicious! Food was served efficiently and fresh, with beautiful presentation. Our water was never empty. The steak was perfect as was the chicken. The key lime sorbet was, quite frankly inedible. The halava one was outstanding and the server removed the up charge since we couldn’t even eat the key line. We will be back. Thanks!

Always delicious. Tonight had the mahi mahi in the miami spice menu with the fire each salad. Both were exceptional ! Fish was so fresh and cooked perfect. Salad delicious. Also the rose wine from Israel is soooo good.

I don’t know how I forgot to take photos (well it was so good that I didn’t think about taking a photo lol) or even to leave a review about this incredible restaurant, but better now than never! First of all the ambience is beautiful, and the staff heard my requests for 2 glasses of champagne to be brought upon arrival to our table (I asked them over open table) and it was so lovely. I really appreciated that guys, thank you! Our server Alice was incredible - and I mean incredible. So knowledgeable about all the food and she helped guide us through with suggestions. She knew exactly how much food would be good for what we were looking to consume and the desserts at the end were to die for yummmmmmmmm! Truly thank you for the beautiful experience we had, from beginning to end it was such a treat that the memory will forever be a happy one. Of course thank you to the bar attendant that helped bring us our drinks over the course of the night as well as the water attendant (gosh I wish I got their names- but they were so pleasant and kind to us so thank you)! Thanks for listening to my TED talk about how you should eat at this restaurant! 🫣🙌🤩

It was a great experience. It’s definitely a restaurant if you want to really treat yourself. The decor was so nice, servers especially Nicole very attentive & of course food absolutely delicious.

The noise level is ridiculous. You could barely talk. The waiting staff was scarce or in training. The salad was lacking dressing but I was afraid to ask for more since the service was so slow.

Another great experience at Abbale! Got together with friends for brunch. Everyone loved the food, the ambiance and the service. Everything was first class! Our server, Alisa, was super knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. Great job, Abbale team! We can’t wait to be back!
