Kamayan – sharing a meal at a communal table and eating with your hands. It is a great way to immerse yourself into the Filipino culture or get reacquainted with our traditional communal feasts or family meals. Set on a table with banana leaves, your Kamayan meal will feature locally sourced inihaw (grilled meats) and seasonal fruits and vegetables from various farmers markets. Roll up your sleeves, dig in and indulge yourself in this feast fit for a “fiesta”. Of course, a meal is not complete without dessert which is served once your table is reset.
