Aba, meaning father in Hebrew, is a Mediterranean restaurant with a California influence. The menu features Top Chef Winner Chef CJ Jacobson’s modern approach to Mediterranean cooking, and the beverage program showcases spirits and rare wines from lesser known Mediterranean regions.

Wonderful service. Impeccable food - everything was delicious: the crispy short rib hummus, sweet corn hummus, whipped feta, Greek salad, crispy potatoes (to die for), falafels, short rib and steak frites as the mains were excellent. And the sticky date cake was perfection. We did the miami spice menu and the amount of food was unreal - an incredible value. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

First time dining here and the experience was lovely ! Susie was our waiter (be sure to ask for her). Susie was very knowledgeable about the restaurants offerings & even helped me make a few decisions regarding my drink selections and sides for my meal. I had the chicken Milanese with the crispy potatoes & my date had the salmon kabobs. For our drinks we enjoyed the Strawberry Rosé Sangria & the mango lychee martini. We dined on the covered patio & the weather was perfect. The ambience of the restaurant was also very intimate with a modern beach like feel. Will definitely be dining again the next time we are in town.

Still using my birthday as an excuse to try as many Miami Spice menus as possible! This one is @abarestaurant in @balharbourshops ! We did the $60 4-course Miami Spice meal which consisted of a hummus/spread, cold/hot mezze, a main, and a dessert. Let me tell you they did not skimp on the portions I believe these were full size items (which we are seeing a lot more this year in miami spice making the value ++ but also filling you up fast 😅). They also had a miami spice drink menu and bottles on special (for $60) so we did a few of those! Since we were a larger table we got to try a lot of different things. My fave items include the whipped feta, short rib hummus, bone-in short rib, Shawarma prime skirt steak frits and honestly all the desserts were 🔥 - If you’ve seen the trending frozen Greek yogurt with olive oil and sea salt you can get that here ( I loved it but there were mixed emotions around the table) Our server Reid was amazing and brought out some special desserts and sparklers for my birthday.

We live in the area. Food is always amazing here. They recently changed the menu and in my opinion also the chef. The short ribs hummus is amazing but yesterday was different, with watery texture and the short ribs on top was not that good and was too dry. They also remove from the menu, the herb short ribs for a bone in short rib that do not taste like the other at all. It’s a shame but is still one of my favorite spot.
