A great restaurant meal can be an act of storytelling and transportation. Sliding onto a stool at a bar, being met with a classy and silky martini punctuated with a briny olive, is there to prepare you for a plate of finely-shucked oysters that were bobbing in the Atlantic 36 hours ago. In this moment the noise and cacophony can melt away, your phone finds its way back into your pocket, and we find communion with those of us on our left and right.

We place a premium on doing the work to find producers, growers, and ranchers that have values that align with our own. It’s our desire to bring food to your table that speaks to its sense of place and time, and to be able to bring the connection to those producers to a higher level of consciousness.

We were celebrating our anniversary and the staff went above and beyond to make it extra special for us. Very attentive and the food was spectacular. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back again!

Host seated upstairs which was quieter which was fantastic. Loved sitting up there. Waitress was very helpful and attentive. We ordered pork appetizer which was good but probably took 25 min to receive which was a bit long. The rest of the meal the timing was much better. We split the Caesar salad which was good and a bit spicy. different but good. Ordered the tenderloin and Picanha steaks. Tenderloin was good but the Picanha was truly a great tasting piece of meat. Overall a very good experience and will probably come back.

Lived up to the hype and price. It was prob the best meal I've had all year and the best steak so far in Denver. The drinks were delicious, the steaks were incredible (especially tri-tip and tenderloin), stellar apps, the ambience was nice, good and knowledgeable service. Fairly priced for nice steak place, especially with inflation, I almost expected it to be like 30% more expensive in which case I would've been a little disappointed. But at the price it was 10/10.

This was our second visit to A5 and it was even better than the first! The service was unbeatable and Mark, the manager, made it just that much more special. The food was absolutely fantastic and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Carlos and Erma (sp) are fantastic ! They’ve both helped me the past two weeks that I came in (once on a date and another for my dad’s birthday). Their service and attention to detail was amazing and the food and drinks are absolutely phenomenal! Thank you all for the outstanding service ! I’ll be sure to add this to list of must try places in Denver !
