Neighborhood Bistro offering a diverse menu inspired by seasonal and local ingredients, our small dining room of just nine tables and four bar seats boasts exposed brick & original hardwood floors. Chef Samir & his wife Rachel welcome diners into this intimate space in the heart of Old Town Noblesville.

With a menu that changes every one to two months, a full bar with an eclectic wine list, craft cocktails & mocktails and local beers on tap, we encourage you to try something new at every visit.

Our concept is globally-inspired Bistro fare - we draw inspiration from our own world travels and places on our bucket list to create dishes that will nourish your body and soul. We care deeply about food and where it comes from. We use fresh, local ingredients whenever it is practical, and make nearly everything from scratch. We love sharing our food and hospitality with the Noblesville community!

Lovely space and great food. We had the daily "Fried Thing" was tempura battered sushi which was great, followed by Mushroom Toast which was a delight, the Beet Salad which was wonderful and split the Steak Risotto that was really good - tender, well=cooked steak in the bed of blue cheese risotto. And, half-priced bottles of wine! Definitely a quality place.

Wonderful as always, food excellent!! The staff, Rachel, and Chef Samir make eating at The Bistro memorable every time. Thank you for all you do to keep the local restaurant scene alive.

Amazing flavors and textures! Every item we ordered was fantastic! The menu changes approximately every month but we had lobster Rangoon. Housemate Burrata, Haslebacks with pork belly, and Steak risotto (to die for). Great environment and wonderful service. Will definitely dine again at 9th Street Bistro!

We often go to this great neighborhood gem for dinner with no special occasion to celebrate but tonight was our wedding anniversary. We felt we were treated like VIPs. Love this place! Thanks, Rachel, Chef Samir and your wonderful team!

Easily one of my favorite restaurants in the Indianapolis area, if not anywhere. Food is superb, service is outstanding. Rachel and Samir are absolutely lovely and their warmth comes through the whole staff. Every experience here has been exceptional.

Coming into last nights dinner I had high expectations, based on reviews and word of mouth, and a lot of anticipation. The experience over-delivered in every respect. The staff were incredibly personable and gave great insight/tips on all aspects of the menu. It was my wife’s birthday and every member of the staff (it felt like) stopped by and wished her well. Something that wasn’t expected or necessary but very touching. There were a wide array of cocktails and while I settled on a safer standard it was excellent. The menu was very creative yet approachable. As a couple who is dairy free vegetarian & pescatarian upscale dining can be a mixed bag, not here. Plenty of options/modifications that aren’t lesser than. One of the top dining experiences I’ve had. I’ve already told several friends and coworkers to vault 9th Street Bistro to the top of their list.

Oh Chef - you are brilliant. Your wife, brilliant. The whole experience was - fantastic. The food was - outstanding. Your staff - amazing. Your office - beautiful. You guys are doing the damn thing! You’ve now been added to our list of places to take our guests when they visit. Our visit was perfection and everything we’ve looked for around Indy. Thank you! 10/10 - 5 stars! Will return!
