Neighborhood Bistro offering a diverse menu inspired by seasonal and local ingredients, our small dining room of just nine tables and four bar seats boasts exposed brick & original hardwood floors. Chef Samir & his wife Rachel welcome diners into this intimate space in the heart of Old Town Noblesville.

With a menu that changes every one to two months, a full bar with an eclectic wine list, craft cocktails & mocktails and local beers on tap, we encourage you to try something new at every visit.

Our concept is globally-inspired Bistro fare - we draw inspiration from our own world travels and places on our bucket list to create dishes that will nourish your body and soul. We care deeply about food and where it comes from. We use fresh, local ingredients whenever it is practical, and make nearly everything from scratch. We love sharing our food and hospitality with the Noblesville community!

The Team, lead by Chef Samir and Rachel, service is truly fabulous. Impeccable, committed, and knowledgeable in every aspect of their service. The black truffle risotto, we were served last evening, was one of the most delicious entrees I have ever eaten. The mussels are heavenly, especially with the homemade sourdough bread toasted with pesto spread. The house made Burrata must be tasted to be fully appreciated.

Food was wonderful! Waitstaff was great! Very friendly and knowledgable. Only thing that I would change if I could (but you really cannot because of the location) is the ambient noise level. We will be back and intended to introduce several of our friends and family along the way.

We came for my husband’s birthday and everything was absolutely incredible! Everyone was so friendly and Sarah was an incredible sommelier and took care of us all evening. We started with a couple of dirty martinis with the Boursin-stuffed olives along with the brisket egg rolls. Delish! I ordered the featured duck with risotto paired with a delicious glass of Tempranillo. My husband ordered the blackened scallops with orange corn cheesy grits. Dessert was equally amazing, hubby received a complementary hazelnut gelato, I loved the chocolate mousse cake. A fabulous night all around! Chef Samir is a Master!!

It was a truly enjoyable experience! The owners and waitstaff were very friendly and knowledgeable. There were 4 of us and we all ordered something different. We all loved our food. No room for dessert though. Can’t wait to go back!

We were lucky to get a last minute reservation on a Saturday night, sitting at the bar. The service was great. The special pepper appetizer and pickle plate were delicious. We love that the chef prepares his dishes with fresh herbs and apices. The duck confit and pork tenderloin were delicious. We hope to return soon!

Always a phenomenal experience. The menu is always fresh and vibrant, and the staff couldn’t be better. This is our favorite place to go!

9th Street Bistro is the real deal. Everything was perfect, we were celebrating my wife's birthday. She said her Lamb Chops were the best she's ever had. Had the opportunity to meet the co-owner, Rachel. Very nice, knowledgeable, and friendly. No restaurant on either coast can boast better food thanks to co-owner Chef Samir! Very well done, we definitely will be back.
