Our executive chef has created genuine Italian dishes in Florence for 15 years and is now able to share a variety of his classic recipes at 900 degrees. One Italian classic is pizza, as our experienced pizzaiolo from
Italy creates each delicious pizza by hand. With wood burning at a flaming 900 degrees, in just 90 seconds he allows the ingredients to harmonize together to craft your authentic pizza to perfection. 900 Degrees is guaranteed to give an authentic experience for family and friends that will have you feeling as if you are truly in Italy.

Fantastic menu. In my opinion the finest Italian menu in the metro area. It’s a gem!!

Menu has so many choices. The seafood is fresh, the mushroom risotto cooked to perfection, and the salmon cooked perfectly. The calamari so crispy and yummy, and we had a pizza for appetizer that was amazing!! Generous portions, entrees come with sides, so, you’re not paying excessive for sides ala cart. We love it!!

Great food and great service. Would highly recommend. I've been to 900 about 6 times over the last few years and it is always consistent.

My husband and I have been here a few times- the food has always been great. Recently brought my in-laws and they loved it. The seafood was so fresh, the pizza was perfect and the cannoli was better than in Sicily (says my father in law). We will be back.

Best pizza in the area but there is so much more. The entries are amazing as well. The only disappointing thing last night was the cannoli. The shell was hard and the filling was chunky. Other than that, OMG it is where I want to eat all the time!

Excellent pizzas!!! Great bottle of wine suggested by our wsiter, he was great!! Ambiance was nice, modetn, but a bit sterile… but we are older and used to more ambiance. We will go back, for sure, not only because the service, pizzas and wine was so good, but because the food we saw served looked even better than our pizzas!! We shall return.

Very slow service and the place was not full at all. A lot of people just standing around and not doing anything. Pizza was mediocre at best
