The food was amazing! Every course, impressive. Service was slow. Took 20 minutes to get drinks and not offered water. We had our first course before our drinks and there was only 8 other people in the restaurant. With that said, the food was amazing! Worth the value but our bill was not priced as shown and charged $10.00 over before tax and tip. Atmosphere and food, worth it

Do NOT go here for a meal. Maybe Drinks at best. Our Igloo reservation was canceled and moved inside bc it was too cold to dine in the heated igloo ( it was 43 degrees), we spent $65/ person on a 3 course Valentine’s Day meal that included shrimp bisque that was warm at best, salmon that was so fishy from 1st bite I had to send it back and get a different meal (which was basically the same same pot roast and potato’s you get from a kit at walmart), and ended with “ crème brûlée” that was basically purple whip cream. Also 1 old fashion was $24 and the prices wasn’t on the menu so that was a nice extra surprise at the end of our “meal”.

Boy has this place fallen… the menu is now so small and basic and about the level of what one would expect from a 2star hotel,restaurant at 4 star prices. We sent back 2 of the 3 entrees we ordered…. Fried fish that was raw on the inside and steak (ordered “medium” )that was literally bloody. The manager removed them and we decided simple would be best at this point… a margarita pizza .. but when that arrived, it was a pepperoni pizza! The only bright spot was our server who was very sweet and tried her best but I’ve had better food at Applebees. There is a reason we hadn’t been there in 5 years and now we remember why,

Food was bar food, big change from the full dinner menu they used to have, and it was very marginal. Service was terrible. We went on a nite of a show at the Palace and they were overwhelmed as they had 2 servers and were unprepared for a crowd. Too bad as it’s a great location with great rooftop bar. But unfortunately I won’t be back.

This was the most disappointing dining experience we've had in 6 or 7 years. The waitress did not look professional. She took our drink orders when we first sat down, but 20 minutes later we had to ask another waitress to bring them to us. She took our dinner order but failed to bring one of the side dishes. She didn't check back for 30 minutes so we flagged another waitress to bring a second round of drinks. We were sitting adjacent to the bar where there were 3 bartenders talking with each other and it didn't occur to any of them that we didn't have our drinks or second round. I had to find our waitress to ask her for the check, which she let sit on the table for 15 minutes before she ran it. My guests were important clients and this was embarrassing for me. I did not leave a tip. Tips cannot be assumed, they must be earned and she didn't come close. Regarding the food, the food that did come was very good. We hadn't been to 8 Up in six years, so we thought we'd try it again. We always enjoyed it in the past. Our reservation was at 7:00 on a Friday night and there were a good number of "Happy Hour" patrons in there. By 7:45 it was mostly empty. The service has gone downhill so badly we won't be returning. Very disappointing.

We booked an igloo for 11 people. It was nice in that we had a private space for our family get together but I was expecting the kind that we could see through. Even though we were on the rooftop with a lovely city view, you could not see out from the igloo so was kind of pointless. And door to igloo could only be latched from the outside so you couldn't leave to use the bathroom because then you couldn't latch the door once you returned. And it was too cold to leave the door open and they had one pitiful space heater. However we did enjoy our food and drinks. Server was initially overwhelmed but then food and drinks started coming steadily. We enjoyed all of the appetizers (meatballs, potato wedges, shrimp and artichoke dip). Entree salads were also good. Family had burger sliders and they were tasty. Note: pizzas are quite large. They are definitely shareable. We'll come back in warmer weather to enjoy the rooftop but wouldn't recommend the igloos unless it's a particularly warm night.

It was a little annoying to arrive and be told that we could not have an igloo after specifically reserving one. We were told they are first come first serve even though you can book them on this app. After being seated in a private dining room we were then told we could move to an igloo because they did in fact have one available. So that problem was resolved. The food was just ok. Not a huge selection for dinner with only 3-4 entrees to choose from. Drinks were great and our server was super friendly. Probably will not return for dinner.

The igloos weren’t as exciting as we thought. We loved our server!! Food and drinks weren’t great.

we had an excellent time at 8up! the manager with the mustache made us feel like VIP’s and the server was very attentive. we tried a couple of passionistas to drink that really hit the spot and the woodfire pizza was on point!! will be back for sure
