We will be hosting a 5-course Tasting Dinner featuring Figurehead Brewing Co. and Triplehorn Brewing Co. with brews specially crafted featuring Chef Siegl of 84 Yesler. We will be serving a flight of 5 different brews for you to enjoy with your tasting menu that features some of Chef Siegl's favorite German bites. You will have the opportunity to order an additional pint of your favorite brew in addition to the flight. This event will have a seating time of 6pm on 9/19/24. There will be select brews available for purchase! Priced at $120 per person, pairing included. Price does not including tax or gratuity.

Incredible food with complex, intriguing flavors. Exceptional service for my birthday dinner. Chef went out of her way to accommodate my off-menu appetizer request. Looking forward to returning when back in town.

誕生日の失望 (Birthday disappointment) TL;DR: it was fine. Not worth $1k for a meal for three diners, but ok. Six-course tasting menus + wine pairings were anonymously and hygienically delivered, but nothing in this experience was more than… meh. Full story: my son flew from his Army station in Georgia to join me for my 58th birthday, and we had a great day watching the Apple Cup, culminating in a meal with my wife at 84 Yesler. I’d mentioned the context in my online reservation, and we were greeted with… nothing showing that this was anything other than a table for three. Fine. We ordered what we considered (somewhat in a vacuum, since there were no recommendations) the works: three six-course tasting menus plus wine pairings. The server politely accepted the order, and left. The meal was… meh. Amouse bouche was a tiny, bisected brûléed fig in an uninspired, oversized pastry cup with a dab of bleu cheese. It was ok. Second course of a half, tiny tempura’d mushroom. Eh. Third course was “dry aged salmon” in a dab of dashi broth. It was definitely salmon, definitely not very interesting. Fifth course was a dry, very petite beef short rib with some truffle sauce. Not very good, but nice idea? Dessert was some uninspired combo of caramel popcorn, a spoonful of something sorbet-adjacent, and maybe some other sweet starch thing with a couple of slices of blackberry? It’s been an hour, and hard to recall. The wines with the meal were almost as memorable. The bill, complete with 20% tip added so we didn’t have to hurt ourselves with computational exertion, was $949. It was not worth it. Reasonable at half the price, I suppose.

This is my second time eating here and each time, from start to finish, the food was wonderful! I eat out frequently and I don’t often say the food was excellent - but it truly is here!

We had high expectations which were met and exceeded. Inventive menu, expertly prepared and served. Several memorable dishes, all delicious. Thanks to “Sam” and chef for their gracious hospitality.

Excellent food and service! Perfect for a date night, special occasion, small and large group gatherings. I’ve been going here since they first opened and love that you can get the 4 star dining experience of delicious food and excellent service for a reasonable price. The owner, executive chef and staff are very friendly and professional! I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!

Everything we had was excellent. Smoked Octopus - one of the best preparations I've had Burrata - relatively standard but a great smoky flavor Seared Scallops - perfectly done Papardalle w/ Dungeness Crab - I think it's house made pasta, well done, sauce is a great complement to the sweet crab meat

84 Yesler has become a new favorite of mine in the fine dining scene in Seattle. We dined as a group of four and did the six course tasting menu with wine pairings. One of my favorite dinners I’ve ever had.

Amazing food, but as expected, pretty spendy. They took very good care of us. Love the space. Sam came out and introduced himself. Felt special. Will definitely be back.

I believe 84 Yesler is currently Seattle’s best restaurant. It is special occasion for sure, but we create special occasions just to go back more often.The menu is fresh, creative, and every dish feels like it was specially made. It’s on the edge of Pioneer Square, but with new hotels and the ferry dock, the neighborhood is busy, and it feels more like Europe than the classic Pioneer vibe. I would try the octopus and/or beef tartar appetizers. And, the entrees are all terrific, with a big call-out for 84 Yesler’s pasta offerings.
