This was our first time here. We had a reservation and we were seated immediately. Our waiter, Dmytro, greeted us and introduced himself right away. E brought a half loaf of bread which was nothing above ordinary with whipped butter w/o much taste. I ordered the Tuna Tartare appetizer which I always love. It was presented nicely but had a slight fishy taste. It was a deep red in color which made me think they used a part of the tuna which is not sushi grade. It came with chips and had a wasabi drizzle on the plate. I ordered the wet aged rib eye cooked "Black and Blue". The steak arrived cooked perfectly and was quite tasty. It was too much to eat in one meal. My wife ordered the trout stuffed with crabmeat which was very good although the portion was quite small. For sides we ordered cream spinach which was very good but again not much of it. We also ordered a half order of onion rings which was plenty but they were like eating fried donut dough stuffed with onion. Not crispy. Sauce which came with it was non-descript. For dessert we ordered the death by chocolate cake which was somewhat dry and really nothing special. We will go back since one visit that was ok is not enough to form a firm opinion. The service and entrees will get us back in.

The service was excellent. The salmon and the fillet mains were very well prepared and the cooking temperature was very good. The mushroom side was delicious but the green beans could have been better perhaps without the sautéd onions and the french fries were served warm not hot. The Béarnaise sauce missed the mark. The asparagus was plain grilled which was a good accompaniment to our mains. Overall we enjoyed our dinner and would come back again.

The food was fantastic; the staff was welcoming, helpful and continuously checked on us; and we could have a conversation without yelling at one another. 801 provided us a great place for lunch!

Good was awful. The worse steaks Ive ever had. I might as well have set $500 on fire. Do not come here.

Our server Brian was excellent. Food and drinks were delicious and excellent. Beautiful restaurant. Noel was very friendly and professional. Had a wonderful dinner. Will definitely recommend to everyone. Will return soon.

Excellent meal. Big fans of the KC location and had high hopes. Everything was exceptional! The food presentation and taste was awesome as usual. Most notable was the server, Chadwick. He provided as good service as possible. We even got a tour of the place. It's much larger than it seems from the bar area. Bonus, they even have a fixed price menu that's exceptional value. Otherwise, it is competitively priced with other high-end places. Highly recommended
