Founded in 2011 by Chef Anthony Carron, 800 DEGREES focuses on pure ingredients and a custom wood-fired oven. Our scratch dough, locally sourced produce, and artisan meats and cheeses create a unique, smoky taste in every dish. BAR ONE Lounge, a Los Angeles concept now in Charlotte at Phillips Place, is attached to 800 DEGREES. It's perfect for late-night cocktails and fine dining, with a full dinner menu served until 2 AM. Totally disappointed! Our food didn’t come out in order. There were missing items as well as my pasta had very little sauce and was cold. We closed the tab and moved to the bar. Drinks were good, but weak. There is a lot of work that needs to be done to get the processes ironed out between the kitchen and server. Server was great under the circumstances. Bar area is very nice.

Hi sherri. i heard about the mishap with your entree. im terribly sorry that we weren't able to make things right, and moving you into the bar didnt seem to work for you either. we do try our best, as im sure you do in your line of work, and sometimes we fail. in this instance it seemed that we were doomed to fail. our sincerest apologies for the experience and if you'll allow me, please come back, have dinner and cocktails on me. i can assure you that the experience will be far better. steven.

The restaurant was amazing. We weren’t able to make our reservation and were late for an hour. However, the restaurant accommodated. We missed a live jazz/music performance. It was very loud in the restaurant and in order to converse we had to yell at each other across from the table. Our food was not made correctly, the first time around. My guess and I both ordered a salad and the waitress was so kind to quickly take the order back to the kitchen to have it made correctly

The first visit was for cocktails after dinner, and it was a great experience. This time, we decided to come for lunch, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet our expectations. The service felt rushed, the food was burned, and the main course was brought out while we were still enjoying the first course. To top it off, a 20% tip was automatically added because we were considered a ‘large group’ of just four people, which felt unfair and misleading.

hello alex. i spoke to your server amanda. it was a simple mistake, and accidentally pressing the auto gratuity button in error. also, our kitchen is not accustomed to making a filet for lunch, which could've resulted in the food being not up to par that afternoon. we are searching for your check to apply an appropriate refund for the gratuity and food however, if you could call the restaurant and provide your name and last for digits of your card, that would be super helpful. im more than happy to apply a refund and offer you a gift card, hoping you decide to give us another try. sincere apologies Alex. steven.

We’ve sat in the bar area twice now, and service was extremely slow both times. This place is not cheap and I expect service to be top notch.

Everything was delicious. Mostly just disappointed in the size of my Caesar salad. The portion was very small - not enough for a dinner portion. My friend had the $25 salad and that was almost 3x the size of my caesar. Service was slow but it was okay as we were not in a rush.

Great dining experience at BarOne Lounge! The food was fantastic, I ordered the meatballs from the appetizer menu and the salmon. Delicious! My friend ordered the hamburger and of course I had to try it Thee best burger I have ever had, seriously! Ryan was our waiter, he is so nice and very attentive. He checked on us frequently but not too much where it became annoying. Expresso martini was also great, I had a great time!

I was disappointed with the food. My steak was cooked well done I asked for medium. I wasn’t expecting a teriyaki sauce on my steak, food was bland my drink was great though.
