Food was really good ! Beautiful venue great view service was awesome. It was just a little overwhelming how expensive it was for the portion sizes but other than that it was great. You never want to leave a restaurant hungry or over spend to be full

Good food and drinks options but a bit too expensive. I understand that it is an exclusive venue but 50 pounds for a bottle of sub standard rose is a bit much. I have to say that the manager was very rude and not accommodating..she really needs to learn about customer service and accept that the customer is always right. Despite there being plenty of space she made a big fuss because more then 14 people came to my event..I accept I should have made a booking for more people but I didn't want to pay the extortionate minimum spend. I brought lots of business to the venue and the manager should have been thanking me rather then accusing me of being a liar. Without me and my guests the venue would been dead. Unfortunately due to the attitude of the manager I will not be doing an event here again. .

Limited food/bar snack options that are small and not good value for money. Decent drinks. The terrace itself is nice but small. Service could have been better.

Nice food and cocktails..49 pounds for 2 cocktails and 2 courses. Good value for money for London.. service was good speedy and efficient.. lovely views of London from the rooftop. Will definitely be returning here. Only one minor hiccup had to remind staff to bring me water otherwise perfect..

Waited 30 minutes over time for our table and at that we had to prompt/ask 25 minutes after booking time is the table nearly ready? The waitress also rudely said as the booking was made that day that we were not priority and ‘other people had booked this weeks ago’. I understand the booking was last minute but if it was not available I should not have been able to book it. Very unprofessional of a waitress to say this also instead of apologising for the wait!!! We were taken to our table with empty glasses and told the waiter they are empty. He proceeded to place them back down and we waited a further 10 minutes for anyone to come near to order a drink. We asked to speak with a manager and he was very unhelpful. He continued to mention that tables can run 5/10 minutes over to which we agreed but we waited 30 minutes and no one had mentioned the table was running late we had to prompt the staff to ask the couple before to leave. We wanted to leave due to the poor service from staff and the manager said all he could do to apologise was give us a shot of alcohol. Firstly we wanted to leave and secondly didn’t want a shot. Usually a bar would discount the bill for the inconvenience of waiting 30 minutes for our table and another 10 for a drink! I suggest they edit their time slots for bookings or limit the time at tables so this cannot happen in the future.

I paid extra and booked the outside terrace uptop for a business meeting - I was late due to flight and from arrival I felt a level of disrespect I advised staff on the ground floor I had a meeting / booking for the roof terrace which they ignored and took me to the downstairs terrace where obviously my clients weren't sitting Then after some debate they advised me where the lift was which I went straight to and up to the top to fond my table - The staff didn't have a clue of the booking and where to direct me which was frustrating as I has already paid a few hundred pound for the reservation Once settled and sat with clients I enjoyed the view but was obstructed by the buildings design so felt a little like we were just sat on a balcony not really as satisfying as I imagined without sounding like a petty bugger but paying less and sitting inside would be more comfortable. When ordering the staff seemed very young and unprofessional as if they were not respecting the fact I had a business meeting with clients and all explanations of the menu seemed very patronising.. After a silly debate on a simple order we waited for food the starters arrived , really not much options and what was available wouldnt touch the sides to fill you up Myself and 2 clients then ordered a main waited sometime and when arrived they only brough one out for one guest not realizing we all had ordered a main so we had to sit and watch one eat whilst the rest come out 40mins later when paying I had an issue with my card and asked if I could transfer as I wanted to pay through the same business as booking , this was not possible , a little annoying but I understood I then advised I needed to transfer some funds and pay of another card whilst trying to be casual with clients overlooking - I felt the staff made a fuss as if I didnt have the funds to pay, very quickly as i was asked multiple times by different staff infront of clients if I was going to pay the bill -Stress!

Service was average and took a long time to order drinks and food and items were missing. Toilets smelt which you could smell from the lounge and they were burning incense to try and mask it. Food was ok but would only go back for drinks

Absolutely amazing. We did the 2 cocktails & 2 courses for £49 pp was so good. perfect amount of food before the theatre. Can my wait to come back.
