Our restaurant setting is in an open air palm made "palapa". Enjoy a relaxing ambiance made by scenic surf view, soft Latin jazz, sea breeze and the sound of the surf breaking on the beach. Our "7 Seas" project is a gastronomical endeavor in search of exciting fresh seafood dishes made of fish caught from according to Jacques Cousteau "one of the great aquariums in the world": the sea of Cortez. Dishes are inspired from Old and New world, Oriental and Mexican legacies. As a complement to our main menu, we offer Mexican dinner specialties. Wine is carefully selected and brought from wineries all over the "7 Seas" from California, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, France, Italy, Germany, Australia and New Zealand. Our bread, desserts and pastries are done in-house by our talented pastry chef.

This is our go to place for any meal. We have eaten dinner here a number of times and the view is awesome ! Dinner is not cheap but food is excellent and breakfast is very good as well.

The 7 Seas Restaurant was fantastic! We celebrated my mom’s 70th birthday there, and everything exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. We checked in at the gate, and the hostess met us in the parking lot to personally escort us to the restaurant. Our server, Laura, along with the rest of the staff, made sure we were well taken care of. The ambiance was beautiful, and the food—oh my, the food—was absolutely delicious! We had no complaints at all. It was truly a memorable experience.

Excellent, friendly and attentive service and delicious food. Nicely developed recipes and very well prepared. A few nice surprises also were presented. The setting and ambiance were also great just above the beach. Definitely worth a repeat visit!

We had a beautiful sunset dinner for my sisters birthday. A group of 6, they immediately asked about allergies and needs which we appreciated. The food was delicious and they did a nice slice of cake as a surprise for my sister. We were waited on hand and foot and never needed for anything! Thank you for making it memorable!

Our 2nd time visiting - last time was 4 years ago. Our group of 4 enjoyed our scenic table, the delicious seafood, and amazing service. Wine and beer could have been colder, but the Cadillac Margarita was excellent.
