Getting to 7 Numbers Eglinton is easy. If you take the car turn north on Castle Knock, one block east of us, find the Green P parking lot that runs behind our row of buildings. Take the walkway back to Eglinton and turn west, we are on the next corner.If you come by TTC and are coming from the east end you can get off at Yonge-Eglinton station and walk west about 15 minutes, or take one of the 32-series buses to the corner of Eglinton West and Heddington, you will get off at our front door.Alternatively if you are coming by TTC from the west end, you can get off the subway at Eglinton West station and take one of the 32-series buses eastbound. When you see the big Shoppers Drugmart at Latimer on the north side of the street, hit the bell and get off at the next stop. You will be directly across the street from us, please make the crossing carefully at the lights.

This has become our go-to place. We come with our friends and on special occasions. The atmosphere is warm, the service is top-notch, and the food is fresh and delicious. I mean what else can you ask for! Oh and Thom always makes the best recommendations :)

We enjoyed a delightful meal at 7Numbers. We were promptly seated on arrival. We brought our own wine as they have an excellent corkage program. Our server was professional, attentive and engaging. Starters included the sardines and spinach and mushroom salad. Flavorful, generous and fresh - a satisfying beginning to our meal. We followed with eggplant with tomato sauce, lasagna, tomato salad and house focaccia. So delicious! Could we possibly have room for dessert? We shared the house-made Nutella Tiramisu in a jar. Two or three bites each - so yummy! Next time, I’ll order my own! Ambience was slightly lacking this evening. By no means was it a misstep by the restaurant. Directly behind us were two large tables of very loud diners. At one point it seemed as if they were competing with each other - which group could laugh the loudest. Even our server expressed surprise that we lasted as long as we did given the cacophony filling the room. When food is that great, you just have to block out the noise and talk even louder to the person across from you! An espresso each and we were good to go. Thank you for a great meal 7Numbers. We’ll be back 🍝!

It was our first time there with friends. We loved everything. The food, service and atmosphere. The corkage fee is very reasonable.

Feels like your favourite neighborhood eatery. Food is always good. Waiter and waitress professional and personable. Live overseas and have not been back for a few years but ambiance and delicious food have not changed.

I’m not sure if they were short staffed or this is the way it always is at this restaurant, but, the service was very poor last night. My wife and I had a 7:15 reservation. From the moment we sat down we had a difficult time getting someone to take our order. Our server finally took our order and said he would bring bread out “right away.” Our appetizer arrived about 15 minutes later and the server who delivered it saw that we needed bread to go with it. He said he would be “right back” with it. The bread never came. Finally, the server who delivered the dish saw that we still didn’t have bread and gave us a small basket. He acknowledged that it was too late as we had already finished our appetizer. Then, the main courses arrived. I had ordered their lasagna. The server who dropped it off at our table said she would be right back with some Parmesan cheese. Guess what? That never came either. We asked our original server for the cheese, he said he would get some. Didn’t. Finally I had to stand up and literally stand in the path of the servers to demand some cheese before my meal got any colder. I then got some cheese. My lasagna was pretty good, however, my wife’s veal with lemon sauce was not. There was no lemon taste at all. We paid, after we had to flag down our server to get the bill. We left an appropriately small tip for the poor service we received. Overall, we felt very ignored most of the time, except when the food was being delivered, when we felt like the service was very rushed. The noise level was very high, which was fine considering how small the restaurant is. It is really too bad as 7 Numbers is very convenient to where we live. We won’t be rushing back any time soon.
