Incredible meal. Lobster cannolis were to die for. Service was other worldly. Definitely the best restaurant in Albany. Will be back.

We had a wonderful evening. Our server, Annie was very knowledgeable of the menu even the wine list. She was amazing from start to finish. She was very attentive, had great suggestions, even shared a few laughs with us. The food was absolutely fantastic. The apps, the dinner, dessert and can't forget the caramel espresso martini, out of this world! We will be back and we will request Annie! ❤️

Had an aging 1st anniversary dinner at 677 prime. Both had the cowboy ribeye and it was cooked perfectly! Lobster tails, bacon steak, lobster Mac n cheese, creamed corn were all on point! Topped it off with a banana fosters for 2 and it was everything a desert at a proper steakhouse should be! Thank you!

As frequent visitors to fine dining establishments in both NYC and Albany, we were excited to try 677 Prime for the first time, especially since it was my husband's birthday. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t quite meet the expectations we had based on our previous experiences. Our reservation was for 8:30, and we arrived slightly early at 8:20. We were asked if we’d like to wait at the bar until our table was ready, which was fine. However, it was nearly 8:45 and no one had informed us that our table was ready. A manager eventually approached us and asked if we needed anything from the bartender, to which we replied that we were actually waiting for our table. Only then were we seated, after what felt like an unnecessary wait. Once seated, the service from our server was great, but the timing of the food was an issue. Despite ordering promptly, our appetizer didn’t arrive until nearly 9:30. The delay was frustrating, especially given the long wait for our table. I had specifically mentioned during the reservation that it was my husband's birthday and that a dessert with a candle would be a nice touch. Unfortunately, they never acknowledged his birthday. At that point, I didn’t bother asking, as we had already experienced multiple issues with timing and coordination. That said, the food itself was excellent. On a positive note, the presentation of the Tomahawk steak was fantastic, and the food itself was excellent. While the quality of the dishes was definitely a highlight, the overall experience fell short due to the lack of attention to detail and poor timing.

Food was good. Appetizer came out quickly. (Calamari). Wait staff was attentive. One wait staff was very difficult to understand. We had to ask three times to understand what she was asking. I love rare meat and it is often hard to get out. This was too rare and was still cold. I like the limited seasoning of the beef. Quality of the cut was fair. I am gauging this experience against similar caliber restaurants. Price was what I expected for this type of restaurant. Not sure I would go back if there are still other similar options in our area.

We ordered the filet. Both had to go back twice as they were very undercooked. We ordered them medium and they were both very rare. The asparagus was woody and not edible. The steaks were not melt in your mouth as a filet should be.

Food and service were both excellent! Our filets were cooked perfectly, and all of the sides were delicious. The coconut cream pie is definitely the best way to end your dinner!
