We were excited to be able to have our holiday lunch again with friends at the Prime this year. Our server was very friendly and super attentive. Soup ordered by one friend was not hot and had to be sent back to reheat. Steak sushi was delicious as usual. Two friends ordered salad - one with salmon and one with shrimp. Lettuce did not appear fresh on one of the salads. And my friend with the salmon said it was very salty tasting. Two grape martinis ordered…both delicious but one had two grapes that were rotting on the toothpick. We have been coming here for over 20 years for our holiday lunch and this was the first time we were disappointed. The bill for two salads, one with shrimp and one with salmon, the sushi plate and two drinks was $172.00….with tip $210, so $70 per person which seems very pricey for an average lunch.

The food at Prime always pleases-- it's well prepared and the restaurant always uses good products. However, the service last night was slower than normal. Granted, it was a busy evening but one of the things we like about Prime is that the service always is top notch. Not last night-- it seemed slow and disorganized. But overall, a very good experience

Such a wonderful restaurant! Food is spectacular, service is impeccable, atmosphere is upscale yet relaxing…everything it top notch! Shout out to the chef, manager Jessica, and servers Sergio and Mark - they are some of the best in the industry! Thank you for such a lovely evening!

Our dining experience was exceptional with 677 providing an upscale atmosphere, outstanding customer service, plenty of food and drink options in all price ranges, and deliciously prepared food. Every aspect of our evening dining at 677 was off-the-chart, a truly memorable experience. A special shout out to our waiter Jon who provided us with superior customer service. He and his team made us feel like VIPs and for that we are grateful. Highly recommend 677!

I was disappointed in our dining experience at 677 Prime for the price. Regarding food, I got a cap steak that was over $80 and the flavor and tenderness was amazing, however I asked for medium rare and it was closer to medium well. The calamari was great. The crab cake seemed to be mostly filler and we weren’t a fan. We are from the Maryland area though and wonder if we just have a different expectation? The service was just ok. Our server was kind and attentive in the beginning, but half way through our meal disappeared. There were multiple times my water was out and we had dirty plates left on the table for a decent amount of time. The manager walked by our table multiple times without jumping in or asking if we need anything, so again, disappointing. Overall, it just was not worth the price. If everything cost half the price my expectations wouldn’t be so high. We don’t mind paying high prices for a great experience, but this missed the mark. Two nights later we went to Ocean Prime in NYC and our experience was AMAZING and worth every penny. I would not recommend 677 Prime.

Incredible service! We brought some friends who had never been before, and they were so blown away, we got to see them do a little happy dance in their seats after trying their first bites. Can't wait to come back!

Celebrated my husband's birthday and our anniversary here. It was an indulgence but absolutely delicious and well delivered. We started with the grilled mozzarella and lobster bisque for appetizers. The cheese was amazing; esp the smoked onion puree. The bisque was very good. Can't say it stands head and shoulders over other bisques I've had but very good. We split a porterhouse medium rare for dinner. It was the rarest medium rare I've ever seen but the flavor and texture was very, very good. It came with truffle fries that were more like truffle potato logs-- crispy on the outside and super cream inside. I was very happy to have some leftover to take home. We also ordered asparagus, which was very good but kind of lost to the glory of the steak. To finish it off we had a the chocolate cake. I'm not usually a big cake lover but this was exceptionally good. Don't miss it. FYI, we did not have any of that left to take home. Nice wine and beer selections. Set up back $360 with tip. Can't do this every month but we definitely go again when the occasion is right and the coffers full.

Great atmosphere and the service is great! We didn't like the mushrooms or the marble potatoes but everything else was good. Will deff come back!
