Executive Chef Jessica Roy brings her fresh interpretation and style to Garden and Farm-to-Table cuisine right inside the botanical oasis that is Sherman Library and Gardens. Daily pickings from the Gardens and local farms populate the ever changing seasonal menu that highlights the best and most flavorful ingredients of the season. Look for ingredients at their peak, stunning edible blooms and herbs right from the Sherman grounds, and cuisine that is nothing short of inspired and delicious. .

Please note: we are located within the Sherman Library and Gardens, to which there is a $5.00 per person admission fee. Each admission supports the Sherman Gardens (a non-profit organization), who maintain the sweeping panoramic views that our diners get to enjoy! Come for the food and stay for the views (and insta-worthy pics).

I had the most amazing lunch today after strolling through the beautiful gardens. The Dahlia salad was fresh and delicious and big enough for three people to share and the biscuits were the best I’ve ever had. I cannot wait to come back!!! Katia, our server was so friendly and helpful!

Beautiful place, great ambiance, wonderful food, excellent service, and our table had a perfect open view of the Christmas tree! I love the tartan plaid blankets offered to keep us warm, nice touch. It’s a tad pricey but worth it. We’ll be back for sure.

We went for lunch on a weekday and it was pretty crowded. I was surprised. Our server, Andrew was very attentive and did not hesitate to make recommendations, which we both loved.

The food and drinks were amazing and creative. The Soup and Sammi couldn't have been any better... just the perfect lunch for the day after Christmas. My favorite spot in Newport for lunch. A perfect place to bring out-of-town guests for a delightful walk through the gardens before lunch. The holiday decor I wanted to bring g it all home! So beautifully decorated including seasonal throws in case it's a little chilly.

I loved the food and ambiance and I love supporting a female chef and owner. But… the table service (not the hostess) and the meal service were atrocious. It was offensive how long we waited for service and food in an otherwise beautiful setting. I still recommend the place but enter with patience. Kudos to the chef and hostess!
