Executive Chef Jessica Roy brings her fresh interpretation and style to Garden and Farm-to-Table cuisine right inside the botanical oasis that is Sherman Library and Gardens. Daily pickings from the Gardens and local farms populate the ever changing seasonal menu that highlights the best and most flavorful ingredients of the season. Look for ingredients at their peak, stunning edible blooms and herbs right from the Sherman grounds, and cuisine that is nothing short of inspired and delicious. .

Please note: we are located within the Sherman Library and Gardens, to which there is a $5.00 per person admission fee. Each admission supports the Sherman Gardens (a non-profit organization), who maintain the sweeping panoramic views that our diners get to enjoy! Come for the food and stay for the views (and insta-worthy pics).

Experience the magic of 608 Dahlia at Night! To help celebrate the holiday season, we are open for dinner on Wednesday December 18th, accepting reservations between 5:30-7:30pm. Guests may order a la carte off our menu and enjoy the unique experience of dining in our Garden-side restaurant at night surrounded by holiday decor and lights.

The Chef at 608 Dahlia is outstanding in every way. The presentation is pure creative art! The food is prepared to perfection and tastes fresh and organic …like right out of the garden. Not to mention you are surrounded by complete beauty from the gardens. One literally walks into a peaceful garden, beautiful seasonal decor with food made from heaven above. I am fortunate to frequent five star resorts and restaurants… I agree 608 Dahlia exceeded all my expectations and is far above five stars. 🙌 The Chef is truly stupendous!!!!

Beautiful setting overlooking the gardens! Chef Jessica’s ingredients are so fresh and high quality presented like artwork on your plat! Our server Will was friendly, efficient and very helpful with recommendations!

We enjoyed our lunch. I think the portions are large on the salads. Too much lettuce. We were 3 people seated at a table for eight, so that was a little awkward. Service was excellent, but getting the bill was a bit slow. Overall, enjoyable.

The food; salads, quiche, and the beverages were great. Richard our server was fun & super. Kudos to Chef Jessica & her team for the beautiful & delicious entrees. The coup de gras was the beautiful setting on a warm, windless Autumn day! A shoutout to Suzi at the entrance to Sherman Gardens for her delightful welcome!

What a beautiful restaurant sitting outdoors with all the beautiful blooming flowers and plants. It was a lovely afternoon and the food was amazing. I would highly recommend and certainly go back.

Great dining experience once again. I had Dahlia salad with salmon added - excellent. My wife had short ribs which were also very good. Service was great. Will was our waiter for the second time in a row and was exceptional once again.
