    Despite us showing u late they were still able to accommodate us while it was busy. I am super grateful

    We had a reservation for 10:00 AM on a Saturday (confirmed via the app the day before and arrived 10 minutes early) and didn’t get seated until 10:20 after having to ask again a second time if our table was ready. The hostess told us who our server would be and that she would bring us waters. At 10:45, with no waters and never seeing our server, we left. I wanted to notify someone but nobody was at the hostess stand and I could only see one other staff member at the far end of the restaurant. The food delivered to the table next to us looked good but I can’t comment on the taste or temperature. I can’t tell you what a disappointment this experience was as I had high hopes. Perhaps they were short staffed but, if so, communicate the situation. I’m sure most people would be understanding.

    An hour after our reservation time, I received my first drink. Then when the food arrived, I was served raw shrimp in my shrimp and grits that was recommended by our server. By the time my corrected meal arrived, the rest of my table was packaging up their leftovers. The server was really nice, but admitted that the first dish looked raw, yet she served it anyway. I hope I don’t get sick.

    Second time going and the food is amazing. Wish they had biscuits but overall great experience and will go again. Only one server for all the table and she was busy. Manager/supervisor/team lead checked in frequently.

    The restaurant was not busy, but the service was very slow. The server lacked personality. The food was very salty, which is something I have heard from other people as well. It was also not really served hot. Food waited in the kitchen under the warmer for a long time before the servers were attentive to bringing it out. I was seated where I could actually see the kitchen and I could see our food waiting to be picked up. I had looked forward to dining here, and was really disappointed that the experience was not better.

    We had a reservation for 1pm. We needed to add one person to the reservation and the hostess was great about that. However, we were not seated until 2:00. We placed our orders quickly and our food did not arrive until 3:30. After fulfilling our drink orders, the waitress did not return to our table until food arrived. No refills or anything. When my friend asked to speak to the manager, the waitress replied “for what?” She returned to offer one person at the table a 15% discount, but did not offer to let her share the experience with the manager. Eventually, the manager came over with the waitress and my friend shared about the lengthy wait and the lack of service. We were told, “well it’s really busy in here on Saturdays and Sundays,” as though it was our fault for wanting to eat out on the weekend. If you know it’s busy, shouldn’t the restaurant make adjustments to handle the business? Food was good, but not worth waiting 2.5 hours for. And the service was worse. On top of that, gratuity was built in the check. I had no intention of tipping a waitress who didn’t pay any attention to the table, but instead I had to tip 20%. Reservations don’t matter here, and apparently, neither do the customers. However, the young man who was running our food was extremely kind and helpful.

    Amazing food, great atmosphere, lots of fun. But this restaurant cannot handle a big crowd. For a two-person table, it took us over two hours to eat and leave. Be prepared to sit around and wait most of the time you’re there.

    Long wait time, cold food. A friend and I went on a Saturday for brunch. I anticipated having to wait a while for food because my mother had gone to this restaurant previously and warned me about brunch being a busy time. That’s to be expected anyway. My friend and I were seated. 40+ minutes go buy. Both tables on either side of us were served. No server ever came to our table about drinks or ordering food. We asked a waitress walking by if we could order. After ordering, about an hour had passed and we were close to leaving. Both plates of food were cold. The waitress we had was kind to us, but overall I don’t think I’d return to this restaurant.
