The food was delicious, our waitresse was very friendly and helpful. I had the lamb shank and it was tender and oh so delicious! All the food was good. My out if town guest enjoyed it too! It was a little chilly under the air conditioner, but the did turn it down. So accommodating. Thank you 5th Tavern. The atmosphere was nice, I would definitely recommend 5th Tavern to my friends and family. Their Saturday breakfast buffet is awesome too!

We love going there, but this time the food was a little too salty, for my taste. The prime rib had far too much salt on the edges and I could not eat that part of the meat. I would have otherwise. The mashed potatoes were also salty, and tasted as though they came from a box. Next time, I will opt for a baked potato and stress that I cannot have salt.

Hello when I made my reservations I indicated that I would like to be seated at at the hi top across from the bar at that also has the couch like seating near the door. When I went in tot he restaurant the staff was rude when I indicated that is what I preferred. One of them said, "Well they have a large party and more people may be coming!" I indicated that I booked ahead of time for the request. She said, "Well you said you preferred; you did not say that was your only choice!" If didn't indicate any other option than isn't stating what I wanted. It was upsetting because it was myself and my two mentees. The children even noticed and it was upsetting. Not to mention the hosts were all gathered at the register holding a conversation and didn't immediately offer assistance. Paying for three adult buffets to get treated poorly was disheartening. Now I wish I had went elsewhere. Even our waitress was dry and rude. I am hurt and 5th tavern was my favorite brunch spot until this past Sunday.

Our server was friendly and did a good job, but could have been a bit more attentive (1 person in our group had to wait quite a while for his food). The food overall was good, but the perch 1 person had was not good at all.

Our experience began on a positive note with a warm welcome at the entrance, where a very polite gentleman accompanied us to our table. However, there were no crayons or activities available to entertain the children, which would have been a helpful touch. Regarding the facilities, the bathroom was in need of repair, with a section clearly awaiting maintenance. For our meal, three of us ordered the Cob Burger. While the burger was decent, I expected the patty to be thicker, with a toasted crust on the outside and a medium-cooked center. The salad inside the sandwich was unseasoned, which was a missed opportunity to elevate the flavor. A mayonnaise seasoned with garlic, parsley, lemon, pepper, and mustard could have added a great touch. Additionally, I believe the burger could benefit from offering a bacon option and perhaps a side of guacamole. The fries were a bit too thick for my liking and would have been better served thinner, ideally accompanied by a special house sauce. My daughter’s tuna was tasty, but it seemed like the fish had been frozen rather than fresh, resulting in a soft and somewhat watery texture. My wife ordered the calamari, which was enjoyable, but I felt a wasabi sauce would have significantly enhanced the dish. Lastly, the beer on tap left something to be desired. The selection wasn’t great, and they lacked enough cold glasses. I’d suggest the addition of lighter, flavorful lager beers such as Shorts or Modelo to improve the drink menu. Overall, while the experience had its highlights, there are a few improvements that could make this place much better.
