Enjoyed my first time dining here for lunch with a friend. Nice menu. Quality ingredients. Waiter was very friendly and helpful. Charming space.

Food was off the charts original. Loved the different ethnic influences. Everything was plated beautifully and the prices were spot on. Not too high. I will definitely be returning. We enjoyed it very much

The food had a different flare; different ethnic mixes. Apps and main course were good, desserts not so much. Our service was great. Overall it was good and tried many selections. But my husband asked if I’d go back; my response probably not.

I wanted to try the restaurant food with a friend at 504 Kitchen since the menu on their website looked appetizing and the venue was fairly new to the Glen Ellyn area. After we ordered, the chef came to our table with a complimentary fresh raw tuna ceviche served on a bed of sea shells. Certainly a unique presentation and chance to engage with the chef about their restaurant. My friend and I shared the Brussels Sprouts Crostini as an appetizer. The ingredients and presentation were creative: Focaccia Bread, Fried Brussels Sprouts, Burrata Cheese Foam, Microgreens, Roasted Hazelnuts, House Pesto, Truffle Honey & Aged Balsamic. Next I had the Korean Short Ribs as my entree, made in Bao Buns, Marinated 24 hour Short Ribs, Coleslaw, Morita Mayo with Avocado. The meat was fairly tender and the buns very soft and puffy. It was tasty, but a little messy to eat even though each bun was served in a rack to hold it together. My friend ordered the Pad Thai which was made with Rice Noodles, Root Vegetables, Roasted Peanuts, and Herbs. The presentation was pleasing to the eye and the taste was delicious. I was certainly recommend the restaurant for small, quaint gatherings (ie. a date or just a chance to try creative food with family or friends). The hostess / waitress was polite and attentive. The only downside was the music playing in the restaurant was too loud and all Hispanic the entire meal which made it difficult to carry a conversation even among two people across from one another at a small table.

As always, 504 kitchen never disappoints. The presentation the service the staff the actual food there’s no other restaurant I think right now in Glen Ellyn that compares to this wonderful little gem!! Thank you 504 for always being consistent and Always striving to make your customers feel welcomed and warm❤️

Ate here with friends, family style. We sampled the bulk of the menu. Cocktails were nice and creative. Every dish was a winner. All of us are looking forward to eating here again. Owners are a lovely couple. Staff are attentive and friendly.
