Things started out on a bad note as the location in Open Table is incorrect. We didn’t discover this until after we had already parked and paid event parking rates only to discover we were over a mile from the actual destination. We moved the car to a different lot and had to pay a second event rate fee. We were originally seated at stools at a counter top directly under a speaker. I’m not sure what the purpose of a reservation is for if we weren’t to be seated at a table. We requested to be moved and were seated at a table in the far corner - still better than the stool. From there everything went up- the service the food and the drinks were wonderful. I had the lobster roll, the portion was huge and delicious. The Turfboard was a meal on its own even split between two people. Our server was fast and checked on us regularly. Minus the sting of unnecessarily paying $45 for parking and the confusing seating - I really enjoyed the evening.

When I say I picked the perfect place to celebrate my 40th birthday, it truly was more than I expected. The service was excellent, the manager, staff etc… really out did themselves. Oh and what a beautiful view from the rooftop. I will definitely be back. Thank you again Patrick’s Rooftop for your kindness to my guess and I. It was the best!

The view of the city is gorgeous from the food top, and the food was great! The only problem I had was after we were served our drinks a appetizers, the waitress asked for a card on file right before the food was brought out. I planned go pay in cash so I gave her a card that was not turned on at that moment, thinking they weren’t going to charge my card. She was very sweet and mentioned the manager did not want to serve the food without a card. After she addressed that the card declined due to a “deposit charge” I offer to pay my bill upfront, but I wanted to speak to the manager for the inconvenience. Once speaking to him he was very rude, and disrespectful to the fact that we were asked to pay full price on card before authorization. And as he explained that was there policy, I wondered why were we not asked upfront or when we got alcoholic drink?he continued to dismiss the issue. The environment was great, the drinks were amazing, the manager is very rude.

Was good except for an infestation of bees. Nothing seemed to be done to address this problem. I had made a reservation and that was the first question I was asked upon arriving. But there were never more than twenty people in the place.

They left reservation times open they they shouldn’t have so we didn’t get to eat here.

Restaurant forgot to turn off their reservations for the night and had a private event. Received a confirmation text and another text the morning of my reservation to confirm. When myself and my two out of town friends showed up, they shoo-ed us away and acted like it was our fault that we were able to make reservations. Very poor service and didn't offer us anything but to "book us another reservation for the future".
