    Burger was not the temperature requested and our food didn't sit well with us that night. Service was good and they have a nice happy hour but not sure if I'll eat there again.

    Happy hour drinks were a good value. We ordered the Vegan cauliflower bites from the happy hour menu. There was no mention on that menu of the fact that they are covered in hot sauce so they were inedible for me. My friends were able to get down one or two. You’d have to actively look at the regular menu to know about the sauce. Not OK. Onion rings yummy. burgers good.

    The burgers are always good. However, I was disappointed in my fries as they consisted of tiny pieces of potatoes not a decent size fry in the bunch. Definitely disappointing for over $5.

    We love 5 Napkins and go everytime we are in NYC. The only disappointment is that they no longer give bowls of pickles.

    The waitstaff was great. The food was tasty. I don't love that everything is a la carte at a burger place. But it is NYC prices. I would recommend as it's a great location.
