The carbonara is a very heavy truffle cream sauce with large pieces of guancale thrown in top. They put the pasta already made in a cheese bowl and light it up which makes it very dry. It only tastes like truffle. We returned the food since it was awful. We then were served the short rib ravioli and had the same premade heavy truffle sauce. The caramella del chef pasta was dry and tasteless and the Parmesan wafer was soggy not crispy.Their new way they make tiramisu is tasteless since they don't put the biscuits at the bottom. I had visited this restaurant in December 2023 and it was very good but now it's not good at all.

Hello, we are sorry for your unpleasant experience at our restaurant. Regarding being slow we had an alert hurricane but we are usually very busy, every pasta is freshly made with high quality ingredients and we use guanciale for our pasta carbonara . Hope to see you again to be able to provide you with a better experience at our restaurant.

Miguel Pérez was the best server in the world! The menu of 450 Gradi is the most recommended I will say! I’m so grateful to find this restaurant for my moms birthday! ❤️ I will definitely come back !

My bday celebration and had made reservations for inside AND when I got there, there was no seating inside available: Since it was a Sat. Night and not risk not finding a place for dinner, we stayed and we regret it. It was way too hot. The fan provided was not enough to keep us cool and comfortable. Service was ok but not great as well as the food. Overpriced Italian food. Honestly left unsatisfied and disappinted.

Hello Sara, we are sorry that you had an unsatisfied experience at our restaurant. Checking on the reservation you had an outside reservation, we always try to make our guests happy and try to accommodate indoors if preferred and if possible. In this case, we did not have any indoor tables available. Regarding our menu prices, we do have a menu board in front of the restaurant in which passer-by's are able to look and decide if they will like to dine. Our prices are set at the prices we believe are to be at the foods level. We truly hope if you do decide to join us again its a better experience over all. Thank you!

We absolutely love this gem of a restaurant especially the incredibly amazing waiters. It is a beautiful atmosphere with delicious food. This is our go to spot whenever visiting Coral Gables!

The best experience to have when catching up with your close friends and to be with great service you felt so welcomed. It’s definitely a 10/10 even had great conversation with the staffs. Don’t get me started with food was just amazing and presentation was just absolutely incredible🩷
