I recently dined at Gradi 400, a $$$ restaurant that promises a high-end experience. While the interior is quite nice and initially gives the impression of an upscale establishment, I noticed spider webs across the chandelier, which detracted from the ambiance. Additionally, the music in the restroom was extremely loud, which was quite unpleasant. The hostess was dressed inappropriately for such a restaurant, wearing a hoodie, which didn’t align with the expected dress code. Our waiter didn’t make us feel welcome, and the wine glasses were dirty. To make matters worse, the restaurant didn’t have the wine we requested and, without offering a taste first, poured an alternative right away. Given the high price point, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, I had to send my main dish back as it was too fatty and lacked any discernible flavor. I really wanted to recommend this place, but sadly, for me, it’s a NO.

Great food. Housemade pasta. Yummy pizza. Nice wine list with Italian wines included. Had a great server.

First visit. Very impressed with food, drinks and staff. Owner very personable and involved in operation. Highly recommended for true Italian food.

Have eaten at least 3 times since their opening. Have had inside dining and dishes were usually very good e.g pasta w/ truffle shavings etc., wine. Outside this time was not the best. Misting keeps you wet/soggy as an experience and across the table felt like if it was fog in London attempting to converse. A bit much but not enough to move and pickup to another table. It was not a busy night, approx 6:30pm. Cocktail Boulevardier was sent back twice, as it resulted in pink grapefruit color and ratio’s seemed off against bourbon base; twice. Was told by the manager “I’m a beer and wine drinker so…”. Well, I enjoy a cocktail and wine as well (sometimes more than usual ;) ,but really had nothing to do with the serving. Will surely try again. Maybe stick with inside dining. Maybe skip the cocktail.

We celebrated our anniversary at 400 Gradi, and we are very pleased and satisfied with everything. We also got comped dessert! We love it, great ambiance, perfect for celebration.
