The staff was amazing and very helpful for first time guests that had lots of questions. Food was really good. Definitely will eat here again.

A wonderful evening on patio! Amazing service and friendly staff. Meatballs and calamari were yummy. Wine suggestion was perfect.

This was our first time at 400 Gradi in McKinney. It was definitely busy so we were glad we had reservations for a party of 6! We had to ask for a waiter as we sat for more than 5 mins without anyone speaking to us and it wasn’t that busy when we arrived. We did have a really nice waitress who did a great job! We thought the food was really good, not great and they served the entree right after they brought out our salads so the timing was off on that. There was no bread at the table which seemed odd for an Italian restaurant, but maybe you have to ask. We would go back as they have a nice Happy Hour and have pizza and wine at the bar!

Best Italian Restaurant in Dallas suburbs. Food is absolutely delicious, Pizzas are perfect, service is fast, staff is super friendly and professional. Best part of all is that it’s kid friendly and kids menu options is everything that a kid will enjoy eating. I truly recommend to come and dine here. 10/10

Food and service was great. There was a band playing in the park so patio was a little loud. Nothing the restaurant has control over. Great dining experience!!

Had a reservation for 3 yesterday evening and everything was fantastic. Service was great and attentive. The food was also very good and the espresso martinis were fantastic. Would definitely return again.

A pleasant surprise made for a memorable birthday celebration. Service is top-notch as is the food. Try the Neapolitan pizza fired in a coal oven. The rigatoni is excellent. All arrived hot except for the cocktails. We opted for reasonably priced craft cocktails rather than wine from the good-sized list. Our bill for four people, including eight craft cocktails (don’t judge), round of appetizers and main courses came to $224. Worth every penny. We will be back.

The truffle pasta was the best I have ever had. Cannolis were a miss but the Rosso selection was excellent.
