Pastas, bread, stocks and sauces are all made in-house and include the ever-popular Gnocchi di Luigi - house-made pasta served with napoli and ricotta or the Spaghettini al Granchio – cherry tomato, zucchini, crab meat, lobster bisque, chile.

The Gradi menu has over 15 selections of Neapolitan pizza combinations from the Margherita Versace, to standouts such as the popular Suprema - pizza in bianco, fior di latte, pumpkin, rocket, pinenuts and goat cheese or the Quattro Formaggi - bianco, fior di latte, grana Padano, and Emmental. The differential of 400 Gradi’s pizzas are that the dough and toppings are authentically prepared according to strict Neapolitan standards.

I truly had a great experience for New Year’s Eve. The food was authentic Italian with the service match the Italian culture, extremely hospitable. Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable about the food in the wines. You could definitely tell he was experienced and enjoys his work. I will definitely be returning.

This place did not lack effort, but the food simply did not hold up to expectations. We had 5 courses and 3 were either flawed or not tasty. The pizza we had was watery causing the cheese and ingredients to separate from the crust when handled. The spaghetti carbonara was raw. The cheesecake tasted like it had spent 7 days in your garage fridge and was devoid of flavor. Would not return or recommend unless this place underwent a major turnaround in the kitchen.

I did not enjoy my time here. To start, we didn’t have a bad server, she was polite. My problem was how long it took to get her to wait on us. Its rare that I go to a restaurant and have time to finish looking at my menu before someone comes gets a drink order… that was the case here. And that was not the only time this happened. Their menu is not large which is fine, however, i went to order my meal and was told by the server there was an entire section of the menu that was not available… however I could get some of those individual items added to other dishes? So confused… if you have the ingredients why couldnt you make the plate? To top it off my daughter order a chicken salad off the kids menu and the chicken was almost nonexistent on that salad. My pasta (carbonara) salty. Was charged for water… anyway not an experience i enjoyed at all. I dont mind spending good money on good food. You may even have not so great service but you have to have good food at least.

The food was good though my lasagna was not hot. The waitress needs basic wine training. She knew nothing not even the difference between white and red names. That’s on management not her.

Meatball appetizer was fantastic. The Vodka rigatoni was more fantastic. My husband had pasta with mushrooms and the creamiest sauce. It was perfection, very rich.

The service was excruciatingly slow. Like.. our appetizer came out before we got our drinks. And then we had finished our appetizer before we even had gotten water, despite asking for it a couple times. And then our meals took an actual hour to cook. So I had 8 minutes to eat what I could. And then I raced to the theater.

Arrived and was provided the menu to review. When the server returned we had decided to take advantage of the “daily special” which was presented on the menu for each day of the week and its respective deal. When we ordered this the server immediately stated this deal was no longer valid. Kind of kicked of a bad mood for the experience, like then don’t have the deal on your menu- or if you need time to order new menus tell your guests this when you give them the menus. It left us scrambling for a new order after already deciding and disappointed. You would just think they would honor it or provide some alternative in exchange. After this bump though nothing to complain about. The food was good and we were pretty well checked up on the rest of the evening.
