We feature fresh local ingredients from seafood to produce which is selected daily by our Chef and his talented team then prepared in our scratch kitchen to ensure an exceptional experience for our guests.
Our Angus-Verified steaks are supplied by a U.S. family farm from cattle raised humanely on an all-Vegetarian diet.
Our steaks are 28 Days or more, Wet or Dry Aged, and hand selected to offer both U.S.D.A. Choice & Prime cuts.
Fresh pastas, Chef crafted soups, creative appetizers, For The Table sides, trained bartenders' crafted cocktails, and our Sommelier's wine list are a few of the offerings one will discover at our farm house chic restaurant.

Restaurant was empty, 6 pm on a Friday. too quiet, no music or anything in the background just silence. server was very inexperienced. Food wasn’t bad, what I can say is the steak was cooked perfectly, and the fried calamari was good. Not a place I’d go back to

Terrible experience. Took 1 hour and 45 mins from arrival time to get our food. The steaks were all over cooked and the sides were cold. Restaurant wasn’t even busy. Would not recommend.

Place was clean, service was quick and polite. (Evette was awesome). Menu was limited and different from the online menu. Food was well prepared and tasted good with the exception of the mashed potatoes which were bland and seemed like instant. Bill with 2 cocktails and 1 dessert was very reasonable.

We recently dined at 390 Prime, and I have to say, it was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had at a restaurant. From the moment we walked in, there was no host to greet us, leaving us standing awkwardly at the entrance. After finally being seated, we quickly realized that there was no manager in sight to address any of our concerns. I actually had to search for a manager later in the night when the experience sank faster than the titanic. The service was painfully slow, with our food taking over an hour to arrive. When it finally did come out, my steak was overcooked and far from the quality I expected. The entire meal was sent back, I didn’t get anything to replace it, and they tried to charge me with it. Many other food issues as well (can’t list them all). To top it all off, I overheard staff discussing giving discounts to customers in exchange for 5-star reviews. This left me questioning the authenticity of the positive feedback this place seems to boast. Overall, I cannot recommend 390 Prime based on my experience. Save your money and go somewhere that values its customers and provides a decent dining experience. Complete failure of a restaurant. Also good to note it’s our 4th try and all 4 were terrible and this was the worst.

We took our aunt out for her birthday. This restaurant was only 15 minutes away from where she lives. We got there at opening. And immediately was greeted by the waitress, Yvette who was outstanding. Her recommendation on a wine for my aunt’s dinner was perfect. The food was amazing. Will def go back!!

Waited a half hour to get a drink and then it was an incorrect order. $50 steak was full of fat. Salad appetizer was delivered AFTER our entrees were brought to the table. There were only 12 other people at the restaurant so this was unacceptable. The server didn't seem to know what she was doing. Birthday dinner, which they were aware of, and didn't acknowledge with even a candle in our dessert. Won't go back.

It was uncomfortably humid. So humid the salt wouldn't pour out of the shakers. The food and service was excellent.

Stay away. This is no longer Steak House, despite the name. It was good when it opened, but now mediocre. The menu is boring and overpriced. You get less for more. The mashed potatoes taste like they came from a box. The sides which were once included now cost extra. I had a problem with my Open Table points. When I called and spoke to the Manager, who could barely speak English, he hung up on me. The Hilton Hotel Manager offered me a 50% discount on an entree in the future to compensate and refused to give me his name to file a formal complaint. I will never return

We were very disappointed from our experience at 390 prime. We showed for our anniversary to celebrate. The calamari was frozen food, thrown in the microwave, we tasted it right away. We order a few drinks and they were not made right. One member of our party ordered an old fashion and it tasted like an iced tea. When we let the bartender know, he insisted on going back and forth with us on why he made the drink right. A disappointing night, we ended up leaving early and not order any entree!

Really nice restaurant in a really good hotel... nice menu. Good bar. Great service. Maria was lovely, took great care of me. I travel here in NJ for work, Doubletree hotel is awesome location, so happy to have this quality restaurant in the hotel.
