Banff's most exclusive brunch! Served in our outdoor dome with 360 views of the Bow Valley. $125 per person. Reservations of 3 guests or less will be subject to a rental fee of $250. GST and gratuity not included. Enjoy a freshly prepared brunch menu featuring Buttermilk Pancakes, Eggs Benedict and other brunch classics! Cheers with Mimosas with assorted juices and berries. Cancellation within 48 hours of the reservation or no show will be subject to a fee of 50% of the per person price. Access to the Dome is limited to 2 hours.
Sunrise Breakfast

Start your day off right with a sunrise breakfast in our 360 Dome! $75 per person. Reservations of 3 guests or less will be subject to a rental fee of $150. GST and gratuity not included. Enjoy a freshly prepared breakfast with signature coffees and juices. Cancellation within 48 hours of the reservation or no show will be subject to a fee of 50% of the per person price. Access to the Dome is limited to 1.5 hour.
Dinner Under the Stars! Exclusive Tasting Menu.

Optional wine pairing add-on $125 per person. Our Executive Chef Atticus Garant has designed an unforgettable tasting menu for you to enjoy while taking in the 360 views of the Bow Valley! Cancellation within 48 hours of the reservation or no show will be subject to a fee of 50% of the price per person. Access to the Dome is limited to 3 hours.

Drew did an fantastic job - he was very proactive in anticipating our needs and requests and had a terrific cheerful attitude regardless of what request we threw at him. The atmosphere eating in the dome and outside was amazing!

Amazing! Incredible! Luxury at its best! We stayed in the Banff Springs Hotel for our 25th anniversary and had breakfast in the dome the next morning. My wife said she felt like a princess! Great food. Amazing ambiance. The waiter, Anthony, was fantastic! Breathtaking views. A true once in a lifetime experience. One note: it gets hot when the sun is not covered by the clouds. By the end of breakfast, I had a bit of a sunburn on my face. It looked like the building shaded it for the afternoon and evening. Maybe take that into consideration when booking the time.

The dome itself was absolutely outstanding. The food was amazing, the drink variety was phenomenal, and the service was on another level. Francisco took care of my Fiancée and I, and was absolutely outstanding. I would recommend this experience to anyone looking for something special.

I have booked a sunrise breakfast with my wife between 8:15 AM to 10:00 AM , Overall the experience is great but some of the guests with in the premises intruded our privacy by entering inside the dome while we are dining inside to take the pictures of the dome . We felt really uncomfortable and paused for a second to understand what’s happening. We were interrupted for two times by the other guests while we are dining with out asking our consent to enter as we have reserved the space for the time slot we have allotted . The management should have taken extra steps by placing signs which should include - Private Dine In / Do not disturb the privacy or Do not enter ( Strictly for the reserved people ) . Coming to the good part , Food is top notch and we received a warm welcome from the staff and our server took care of us till the end and the Kitchen manager checked with us in the middle to ensure that we have received all the items as per menu. I highly appreciate the staff for taking care of us . Overall it’s a great experience to dine in at 360 Dome Fairmont Banff Springs with breath taking views of the Rockies .
