Whoever the tall guy was checking people in should go back to the back of the house and let the hostess do her job. He was rude, didn’t listen to customer, and couldn’t read the tablet. Once we got away from him and seated, the experience was fine.

Jake attended us with perfection also gave us options on what to eat and helped us out thanks not only that he treated us with respect and also made us feel comfortable thanks Jake

Overall this is a good solid spot for brunch, as the name implies. Service was prompt, but our drinks (Bloody Mary & Mojito) came after our entrees did, which is something I really don’t like (maybe it’s just me). The food was good, although the Morning After Tacos were a bit on the bland side. Aside from that, it was a good brunch.

Service was terrible. The server did not understand us or our orders, and she often would disappear for long periods of time. I have been here before and had a wonderful meal (in fact, I ordered the same thing again - Cowboy bowl), and this time it was terrible. The food arrived cold and the bites of steak were so tiny they weren't worth the price. I asked for tea (Earl Grey or similar), and the server didn't know what to do. I asked for a spoon to remove the tea bag from my tea, and I waited 10 minutes while the water got cold for her to bring a spoon.

Host refused to seat us. Unfortunately, that is the only impression I have. I was looking forward to this reservation.

This was my first time at 360 Brunch House and everything was great. The service was superb, the food was so so good and an excellent value for the cost! The ambiance was perfect for a cute girlfriend brunch with cute options for photos. I will definitely be going back.

We did not enjoy the experience. Drinks were unreliable relative to consistent taste. Complained and was told no recourse for resolution. For quality of food the service should be impeccable.
