Nestled just off the Pembrokeshire Coastal path in the heart of the picturesque village of Solva, 35 Main Street is a thriving licensed café by day and excellent restaurant by night.
Offering an array of local seafood and famed for our homemade beer battered fish and chips and Solva Lobster and Crab, we are proud to offer an ever expanding choice of menu options for vegans, vegetarians and those requiring gluten free options. Cannot say enough how delicious my meal was, service was friendly and made very welcome. Decor is light and airy, felt very relaxed and nothing was a bother. Drink recommendations hit the spot, definitely would go again when I’m in the area.

We had such a lovely meal we are going back again this week . All our food was delicious but need to try the lobster surf & turf :)

We booked and later confirmed our reservation via Open Table. When we arrived it was clear they had no record of our reservation. We were pointed to a couple of tables and then sat there waiting for menus, drinks orders and the like, but nobody came. There seemed to be lots of staff and it is a small place, but we still got no service. They seemed more interested in the various drinkers who were watching the music. A real shame as the reviews we read say the food is great, but we’ll never know!

We visit this area of Pembrokeshire on a regular basis and we were very pleased with the quality of the food that was on offer which was very good with generous portions and reasonably priced. This resulted in us eating there 3 times during our stay in the area. However this establishment would be even better with a bit more attention paid to some very simple changes. For example some food orders were lost, white wine not always kept in the fridge, some items on the menu were not available and the menu was out of date. However the quality of the food was excellent and on this basis we intend to return when we next visit the area

Busy bank holiday weekend so service a little slower but they served with a smile and food was delicious - good portion size too.
