En une visite, vous comprendrez pourquoi vous devrez absolument vous arrêter au 35 Brix, le petit nouveau du quartier. Le restaurant propose une carte des vins bien distincte, où chaque cru s'est vu attribuer + 90 points, des cocktails fantastiques, dont « Le Brix 35 » et les meilleures bières pression artisanales. Le menu se compose de steaks coupés à la main, de pâtes faites maison, de plats de poulet et de fruits de mer frais, ainsi que des mets servis le soir par le chef Brooke. Vous pourrez dîner dans la salle à manger ou au pub où vous pourrez regarder votre équipe de sport favorite. L'happy hour est organisé 3 à 6 jours par semaine au pub. La salle à manger privée peut accueillir jusqu'à 20 personnes et peut être réservée pour des occasions spéciales ou des réunions.

                                                                                        My seafood was good. My wife ordered filet mignon cooked medium. When it came out, it was so past well done she couldn’t cut into it. She sent it back. By the time it came back out, my food had been gone for 10 minutes. When she cut into this one, it was not cooked inside. We didn’t bother to send it back. The waitress told us she would give us a dessert because of the issue. We called the manager over and he apologized and took care of her meal.

                                                                                        Julian provided great service and advice on what to order. The Wagyu sirloin and Brussel sprouts were outstanding. We will definitely return soon!

                                                                                        Best restaurant in the area. Kerry and Amy run a great restaurant. Meagan our server is always on her game and adds to the enjoyment of the dining experience. All of the fish entrees are amazing. Great vibe.

                                                                                        My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner, and our server was extremely good--attentive without being overbearing. The salad that came with my shrimp fra diavolo entree was so good--I loved the white balsamic dressing.

                                                                                        I had the filet with bourbon bacon jam accompaniment, cooked perfectly. One of the best steaks I've had in a long time! Hubby had Shrimp Fra Diavolo which he enjoyed. Ian, our server, was great, though he was busy on wine retail night. We bought a bottle of the Meeker - yum.
