Amazing NYE experience - so glad we came here this year. Have been to 3 Arts quite a few times and love the atmosphere so much. Our first NYE here. So excited that the menu has been changed; love the appetizer additions as in the past there weren't any appetizers I wanted and I always got a salad starter. This time we got prosciutto/parmesan plate and grilled shrimp - both great. Then our normal entrees - burger and salmon along with fries. Only change I wish they hadn't made it taking the mushroom side off the menu as I'd have liked to have a side besides fries. Also got the butterscotch brulee which was delicious. We had a server name Setu who was one of tje best and nicest servers we've ever had anywhere. He didn't rush us at all (thought they might on NYE) and was just delightful.

We had the sweetest waitress!!! She reminded us of Ann Hathaway. She was so kind with a delightful personality!! The food was delicious and they gave my best friend a cookie with a candle for her birthday!! It is also so pretty!! We will be back! Thank you!

Thank you Ally for a fabulous 5 star experience!! As a server you gave appropriate time to ponder,and then quick thorough assistance in menu selection while skillfully memorizing our 4 names! Our evening was cut short with friends arriving into town early, you were professional and joy filled to the end. We thank you and will ask for you next visit to the 3 Arts Club Cafe!

Overall the ambience was great, and food okay, but the new menu waffle and pancake were something that ruined my experience. They seemed like someone just played on food. It used minimum amount of batter, looks like it used maybe 300ml, and it seemed it was too adventurous to be a style. My mouth hurt from eating crispy waffle bits I would call them. I hope the restaurant takes feedback, which I believe many will feel the same, and change the style of the menu.

Wonderful night out with the family. I had previously only had lunch at the 3 Arts Club and enjoyed the ambiance but dinner is an even better experience. The lighting accentuated the arches and architecture of the space while the flora and atrium created the illusion of being some where other than Chicago in December. The menu had something for everyone and everything was delicious.
