Very nice food with distinctive flavours. Different from more 'mainstream' Indian style restaurants in its menu. Pleasant surroundings within. Staff a little thin on the ground. It appeared a member of kitchen staff had to help the only waiter I saw on duty as it got busier but that did not detract overall.

Always lovely food in this restaurant best Indian in York. The service is very very good even though there was a big party of about 40 we still had attentive service and good food.

Our second visit to 29 states ,and it didn’t disappoint us.The food is excellent and good quality, and the service excellent at a very reasonable price .We will certainly be back
